EDIT: Except Isabela happens to be my second favorite character after Fenris.

For some reason I never get the Isabela/Fenris dialogue. Even when I don't romance him, I still tend to flirt w/ him so maybe that's why.

if by filrting u mean when she says that she likes his eyes and that she wants  to wear them as a necklace or something like that? Personally i wouldnt consider that as a flirt thats pretty creepy

She comments on that "magical fisting thing you do," and Fenris' startled confusion shows he's on to what she's suggesting! She tries to guess the color his underpants. She comments on his lankiness and says "I like lanky." (If he's in a relationship at this point he tells her to back off.) She makes up a pretty gross story about him basically being Danarius' sex slave. She teases him about his sexy brooding. Etc. etc.

That was her flirting? Ok, yeah I do get that conversation then, LOL! Apparently I was as oblivious as Fenris was!

How is that not flirting?! If someone tried to guess the color of your panties, you would not think that flirting?! "I like your tattoos" and "I like your brooding" and "I like lanky." How is that not flirting LOL Fenris wasn't oblivious; he knew what she was up to. That's why he either tells her to back off, or takes her up on her offer by Act 3.

I guessed the colour of someone's panties once, and I totally wasn't flirting. LOL! Isabela does flirt with Carver though, cos he gets all tongue tied and embarrassed.

They actually sleep together though so I doubt it's trolling, but I also don't think either of them get as much out of the relationship as they do with Hawke.

I think she does troll people, but it's a sort of test to see if they are interested.

With Carver, it always seems to me like she's just frakking with him. With Fenris, it seems like pretty marked interest, like the glistening banter or how when you go visit Fenris at the beg of Act 3(?) she's already there and leaves. So I suppose kudos to her for ultimately closing the deal in Act 3. It always bothers me, though, since I usually sleep with Fenris whether I stay with him or not. So it bums me out that somehow having sex with her doesn't foster the bad juju, or whatever, he experiences when he sleeps with Hawke. AND I know there are all sorts of ways to explain that away. Doesn't make it rankle any less, probably since it's never addressed in game. That conversation was the first thing that made me start writing fanfic. LOL Not that I ever finished it.

That's something that always annoys me in films/tv shows/books/games etc. If the other character cheats first or does something sh!tty, the protagonist (who may have later done something equally sh!tty) never gets to say "well, you done it to me first!" Or whatever when said character is trying to take the moral high ground with the protagonist.

LOL Exactly. In the fic I started writing, my Hawke had moved on the Anders... and then, boom, Isabela comes back in town, takes Fenris out for a spin, and Hawke is PISSSSSED.
