Isn't it a little late to bother with the trailer analysis though? There are loads of those videos out there now, I'm not sure people would watch another giving them pretty much the same info that they already heard about weeks ago, lol.

It's very wrong for her to not respond to your notes. Unfortunately, I wouldn't antagonize her, because she could easily decide it's not worth effort, and there are no immediate consequences to her shafting you. So I'd take the others' advice and write a more insistent (but polite and friendly) note. There's really nothing else you can do. And once you get your sketch, tell everyone else to never commission anything from this artist!

Exactly...but I used RL money to give this person points...so it's kind of you know, I don't want my points tossed to this person for nothing either. As an update, still haven't heard from this person either...le sigh...

I liked the default for the companions to. I liked how Cassandra's outfit has armor on the sleeves. The new one has grown on me though.

Ok so i dared venture into the DAI forums once again and i find this thread  witch is about if ppl would like dysfunctional companions as in like physical/mental abusive, rape etc , personally i completly disagree with this topic as i had such an abuse in the past and i dont wanna be reminded or deal with that kind of stuff in the game as well ... what do u guys think? Would u like that sort of stuff?

We have already had someone who is/was an abuse victim (Fenris) (and you could add Isabela).

She seems to be asking for a LI who is an abuser. Which I find rather odd and unsettling. No, I would not like a dick for a LI. In RL or in a game.

Yeah, sometimes folks let their inner monologue have a little too much free reign on BSN. Some of freakiest crap has been revealed as "wants" for the next game. :backs away slowly: Not interested in such threads or such topics.

And, agree, the writers are far, far too aware of the triggery nature of abuse to do anything ill advised. I have faith in them.

Actually took a look at that thread. I think they're serious...  and it's just the typical call for DAI to suddenly be darker/edgier/more mature, like somehow it hasn't been up until now and they want it to be The Witcher or Game of Thrones. Plus, words like "real" and "dysfunction" are being thrown around without everyone using the same definition. Sure, the dysfunction in Game of Thrones' character relationships has its purpose... but would you want to Role Play as one of those abused characters...?

Eh, whatever. Don't see that happening with DA.

i hate it when ppl keep referring to GOT that its is own thing and DA is another just because they are both in medieval time and they both have dragons doesn't make it the same thing,BW shouldn't copy someone else to make their game "better" they should keep doing what they have been doing it worked out for them quite well (well i couldn't really say the same thing about DA2 but still)

Yeah, what works very well for a TV series doesn't work for an RPG. Even I, a person who creates RPG characters that don't represent myself, feel connected enough to my character that I don't want terrible things to happen to him (rape, abuse, etc.). Not that I "enjoy" it when such things happen to novel and TV series characters, but it's very different.
