Soooo another thing. Patrick Weekes talks about how his new book is important for fleshing out an important 'something' involving Celene and Gaspard. and "people die". Does he mean particular people, and I'm just forgetting something? Or is he just referring to the fact that they're at war with each other?

I thought it was refering to Asunder when he said about people dying. Presumably people die in this new novel too though, lol.

Yeah, but which people? Or does he just mean that there's a civil war going on (i.e. lots of nameless people dying)?

Probably both civilians and characters.

I'm calling it now, Celene's Elven lover will get killed at the end, after we've spent a whole book cooing over her relationship with the Empress. That's my prediction.

It feels like something that would happen in a Dragon Age novel/game/comic so I'll go with that, lol.

LOL personally i loved some of the questions ppl were asking , such as "How do u get a job at bw?"
i thought that was pretty funny to ask them in a panel :P
and i also liked that one guy who was like
"blink once for yes and shrug ur shoulders for no" lol cause they kept saying that nope we cant tell u anything imo the Q&A session was pretty tight a lot of ppl couldn't really get any answers...

So... those "voices" during the panel were definitely audio clips from the tv series "Sherlock."

Why there were clips from a tv show playing, I have no idea...

Yeah, that's what I thought, too. I was thinking maybe someone was streaming it on their phone or something... It was weird tho. Maybe audio pick up from another room with a Sherlock panel...? At least it ended  pretty quickly.

Maybe that's what Cam had been watching on that laptop between the trailer stuff, LOL!

My Inquisition is gonna be bloody fabulous! I dunno who I'll side/align with yet (if at all), I'm gonna play that one by ear.

Morrigan says we can save the world, or "lead this world to its bitter end."

... I think I'll choose the latter. For science!! Image IPB

LOL You know... one thought I had listening to her words again... It's Morrigan, right? So, could it be that she's just being pessimistic/ironic when she says its bitter end...? It's a strange juxtaposition: stand against darkness or lead the world to its bitter end. Stand vs. lead. Standing against darkness sounds like a pretty obvious choice over bringing about the end of the world.

Obviously, I'm just free associating at this point. It's just a very curious turn of phrase.

Perhaps it'll be like ME2, where if you fail the suicide mission and everyone dies then Shepard dies too because Joker doesn't have the strength to grab him/her as he jumps towards the shuttle. So maybe if you screw everything up then you get an impressive looking scene where the world goes to crap?

I really don't expect it to mean much of anything, but given the option to screw absolutely everything up, I'm going to take it and cackle like a witch of the wilds all the way. ;D

What I don't understand is why Cassandra is seemingly calling the shots in that scene in which she stabs the book. Cam said during the panel that the scene depicts the Inquisition doing... stuff. Surely it should be our protagonist deciding who goes where?

Maybe that's got more to do with the fact that they couldn't show the Inquisitor doing stuff in the trailer, so they used Cassandra instead?

But since she's in the game, she'll likely be a powerful resource. And she'll probably still be a Miss Bossypants. Image IPB

That's what I thought at first, that maybe Cassandra was just body swapped with the Inquisitor and all those armoured men standing around her have been body swapped with the companions or something.

Although given their inquisition armor, those armoured men make more sense than Cassandra does, if that's "the Inquisition" doing "stuff." If we're waging war, I'd hope we have a whole slew of soldiers at our beck and call, and not just our 4-10 companions.

A graveyard of some sorts? I bet all sorts of weird stuff is happening in there, what with the veil rip and everything.
