LOL Not strictly Cullen related, but given the example of the DA:O companions' sensitivity, maybe we could write our own despair-o-grams in the event that he's not a companion.

I can't remember if this has been thrown around before, though I imagine it has with all the speculating this dear Cullen thread has done... but, you know how Cullen was at the Mage Origin's Harrowing? I wonder if that was purposely planned because of how he was friendly with him/her/mages in general. It might not be the case of his feelings being known if it was a female mage, but just the fact that he thought, at that time, that the other Templars were too harsh on the mages/sympathised with them. that he's a representation of the call to adventure, not the PC or any in game character. It's symbolic of it being your game.

yeah, we've def talked about the possibility that he was chosen for her Harrowing on purpose. I see that being very plausible given his sympathy for her in particular. I hadn't thought as much about whether it's also to punish him for his general sympathy for the plight of mages. A pretty sh!tty thing for the Order to do, IMO, but then I could easily believe Greagoir's a tough love kind of guy.

Greagoir wasnt even close to how bad Meridith was tho , he was tough but at the same time he had a "good heart" when the warden saved the tower he didn't force the right of annulment after wards he could have easily take Cullens "advice" in that all the mages are possessed and they need to be killed but he didn't listen to him

but i guess at the same time Greagoir didn't experienced what Cullen did, i guess if he had he might have destroyed the tower

Well I try not to judge people solely on the Meredith crazy train scale, which is a bit extreme. Overall Greagoir seems a decent guy, even on a normal scale, but I could see Amell/Surana's Harrowing being a teachable moment for a newbie like Cullen.

Reading through storyline feedback for Inquisition from our first early playthrough. Good stuff, and lots of points to address.

WOW, the game is actually playable at this point!

Just saw this post on tumblr that says we probably wont get a toolset for DA:I, pretty disappointing. Here's the source if anyone's interested.

Hopefully modders will still find a way to work around it, like they did for DA2, but it definitely diminishes the amount of things we will be able to tweak.

So I spent hours doing my DA video and I'm still not close to getting it finished. I think it's probably going to be a big one!

Aw maaaaan. Hopefully we'll at least be able to mod some clothing and headswap characters still.

The one thing I really liked about mods for Origins were those that included added cutscenes, like the Alistair/NobleWarden wedding or the Cullen hidden romance scene for female mages. Unfortunately it's unlikely that they'll be able to do that w/ Inquisition w/out a toolset, but hopefully the game is already fantastic enough that I wont feel the need for it!
