Good point. With Morrigan they seemed to combine her CGI/concept art  and in-game appearance. Maybe they want to combine DA:O and DA2 Cullen?

LOL I was thinking his furrowed brow. I've stared at his screen caps so much, seeing the difference between when he's Cullen and when I morph someone else, and the thing that always shows it's Cullen is his worried brow.

So... coming back to the full pic... I love that we were right that the person stabbing the map is supposed to be the Inquisitor. Who originally suggested that anyway? Lola?

He shall be a perfect blend of the DAO and DA2 versions, kind of like the redesigned elves. 

I really hope he looks the way he does in this new picture. I'm digging the line/wrinkle on his forehead and his slightly fuller face.  An older more mature and rugged Cullen would be very appealing to me.

And I thought Cassandra is the only one with a stabbing disorder. Maybe she's mad because someone stabbed the map before her.

I understand everyone not wanting to get too excited. It would be devastating to THINK and BELIEVE it's him, only to learn eventually that it's someone else.

It sure seems like these tidbits of information are designed to specifically drive poor Cullen fans to distraction LOL

idk why ppl are still doubting that Cullen will be a companion i mean come on seriosly we have seen pic of ppl from the survey leak in concept art and ingame footage and u guys are still doubting?

All we've really learned is that those folks from the leaked survey are up on the wall and called "companions".

But, my point about the evidence is that... maybe the Game Informer interviewer saw this pic and said, "it looks like Cullen. let's mention it in the article that he might show up... The fangirls and guys will freak out!"

Well in the photo is seems that everyone in it is in the companion survey leak. Cassandra, Varric, the women gasping could with the gold armor thingy could be Vivienne or the scribe girl, the guy near Cass could be the trident guy or grey warden, and maybe the elf in the back is Sera. Cullen in that picture would fit the puzzle perfectly.

Ahh, you're right, that's very possible.

But to me, so far the best thing in his favor is the fact that this person, whoever he is, possesses Cullen's key features: the curly short hair, the beard, the appropriate age.

If it's not Cullen, it's an incredible fluke, a joke by the artist(s), or character made specifically to resemble Cullen to some degree.

Well for my part, I'm going to choose to believe that it's Cullen until proven otherwise, because I'm totally cool with setting myself up for disappointment.
