Most likely. I expect we won't get any more super awesome info until towards the end of the month, they usually like to save the best bits until last.

I wonder if they will be the ones to reveal Cullen as a companion or wether it is something Bioware will do.

As much as i would like that I doubt it will happen  until near the release date of the game

I'm afraid where that would lead. No matter which gender the single-orientation parties were, it would ruin parity between number of romanceables.

1 straight woman, 2 bi women, 2 bi men, 1 lesbian: You've now got a choice of 4 romanceable females and only two males. That's hardly fair.

1 straight woman, 2 bi women, 2 bi men, 1 gay man: Way to give male protagonists all the choices!

1 straight man, 2 bi women, 2 bi men, 1 gay man: see above

If they were going to include romanceables with exclusive orientation, it would probably be better to do 2/2/2 to avoid that kind of mess.


(And I'm afraid that Sera *wouldn't* turn out to be another Isabela. I actually liked her. Which is funny. I went into DA2 hating her guts. The publicity material made it sound as if she'd steal Hawke's lover, hog all the flirting opportunities, and run off with all the jewelry. After playing the demo and watching *my Hawke* wink at her with absolutely no input from me, I almost canceled my preorder. So yeah, I get what you're saying about it being too soon to write it off, but it isn't looking good. It isn't just the women. The Iron Bull sounds obnoxious and Dorian, uninspiring. Maybe we'll find out more this month.)

I think they're just jealous of our pixelated love of Cullen  He still likes to tease that I took Alistair's virtual virginity, to which I reply "Yes I did! Over and over and over again." 

@R2 Yup we just got back last week. I flew out to San Diego, and then we drove all his stuff back since the military pays him that way, rather than spend the money on shipping. It was interesting and mercifully fight free!

We've already seen him in that screenshot, so they've teased a lot with it. I'm hopeful.

We've already seen him in that screenshot, so they've teased a lot with it. I'm hopeful.

Yes we did but when someone tweeted ML about it he said "only time will tell" so Im not sure if that time will be this month or near release , but that again i would like to remain hopeful as well so i guess we will just have to wait and see

We still have a LONNNNNG wait until the game comes out, they probably wont be revealing companions very frequently. The fact that they even confirmed Cass and Varric is a huge surprise. There were in-game shots of Anders floating around before DA2 came out, and they still wouldn't acknowledge his presence in the game.

That was infuriating. Apart from Varric, the two female LIs were the first two characters revealed. They reveal the men until much much later, with Anders kept in hiding until about 2 days before the preorder deadline. I really hope thaty don't do that again.

Edit: All this talk about revealing characters sounds so naughty!
