What/Where is Gwaren? I know I've heard it before; I can hear Bethany's voice saying it for some reason.
I can't recall what it is either. I'll go wiki it.

Flemeth took Hawke and her/his family to Gwaren, where they took a ship to Kirkwall.

Speaking of which, in DA;O Flemeth rescues your Grey Warden at the Tower of Ishal.
In DA][, Flemeth rescues your Hawke in the Korcari Wilds.
The question is if she'll rescue your Inquisitor from the Veil Tear.
I'm betting on it.

The Chantry doesn't want you to unearth and expose that kinda thing. They don't like that. Perhaps even, the Chantry knows better than you---when you start out--what you might find.
So, the Inquisitor has a job to do, and the Chantry really wants to keep things status quo, but the time for status quo is loong gone.
So, you could still be supportive to the Chantry, but realize you gotta do what you gotta do. And if you actually have no idea what you may find, then you have no reason to be hostile towards the Chantry--if you're playing an Andrastian.
If the Chantry knows of sum stuff you might stumble, I could see them not wanting you to pursue that course, but I don't think they'd tell you what exactly they're afraid of.
How anything we May discover colors our faith is completely up to us.
Oooorrr, Chantry nutjob figured a way to rip the Veil to "help along" the coming of the Maker.
Or for all we know, the explosion of the Chantry in DA2--Kirkwall Veil was pretty thin already, right?--put an additional chip in that Veil...area.
Then the whole war we had there. Then I'm pretty sure someone slapped an exalted march on Kirkwall's butt. Or some kinda invasion. So, maybe that's the "related to the Chantry" bit, but several years later after more murder and mayhem...the Veil finally breaches.
That's all I got.

Will we have to get off the mount everytime we see a shiny?
Hmm, are we gonna have to tie up the horse when we wanna go in a cave or castle ruin? I don't wanna come back out and find no horse...uh, mount.
Also, I think maybe Morrigan will be the one to save us this time. If there's any saving going on. The way she gazes in your direction while we're in the desert in the trailer. Like she's watching over, or observing rather. Maybe she zaps into a part of the fade; we have a lil pow wow and we zap back? It is Morrigan's time to shine, right?

Yes, I dare to dream.
Will this help you fulfill your fantasy, raps?
Feel free to photoshop Cullen's face in there.

And for the record, I don't think I'm dainty enough to ever ride side saddle. Plus I'm sure I'd fall straight off.

So here's what I can make out.
Just saw this, and I don't know if it's been discussed before, but I find the 'creation' section for the Mage pretty interesting. Didn't Bioware say we'd be able to repair certain things in the enviroment with magic? Including a lost outpost/base/what have you?
I imagine that would certainly be counted as an 'exploration' skill.

Huh, you know, I had naturally assumed Creation meant the same thing as in DA2, i.e. all the healing and helping spells. But most of the categories do seem rather different (like actually getting a lockpicking skill back again!). I hadn't even really parsed what "exploration skill" means. If creation is like the bridge creating or whatever they said, that would be awesome.Dirgegun wrote...

Heh, looking at the warrior... now I'm dreaming that in the strength category, the last icon kinda sorta could be a lock... Lock bashing, anyone??? *sigh* A girl can dream.
edit: Looking for a Mage counterpart, perhaps the last icon under DISPEL?? Maybe a "Knock" spell??

R2 should write a fanfic about Cullen and the Inquisitor having to ride the same saddle during a horse ride!
