Oh dear, hope all is well. Naw, nothing new. The new reveals just reiterate the subscriber info.  Expanded screenies on the races in the video yesterday. Also new concept art  of Deep Roads.

edit: Just in case, there was also the new companion, Vivienne? Article on Morrigan's "destiny."

Yeah, it's like the Merrill hook up scene; the bones don't really go in the right places. Since this is supposed to be Aveline, her armor normally covers it up.

Not so much for the horse in question, I imagine. Cullen seems like he'd be rather heavy.

Unless we get racial mounts and get a bronto as a dwarf.

YYYEEEEESSSSSSSS. Do y'all know how nice that is?! I had to ride double with my horse trainer since my horse bucked me off - luckily my neck broke my fall. He pulled me up, sat me behind him, and I wrapped my arms around his waist as we went looking for the horse. Damn that man had some ABS. :wub::wub::wub:

Granted it was a Western saddle so the seat dug into uncomfortable places. 

And just thought I'd mention: finished playing Awakening yesterday. They TOTALLY should have kept Nate in DA2. I forget how much I love that man. <3

Do we really want them to decloak religion in game? It would kind of mean the end of the franchise. I mean, where do you go after that? "Had tea with the Maker yesterday. And now we're hunting ghasts. The fun never ends!"

To be honest, the big veil tear cataclysm has me anxious enough. Not because it's a bad idea or anything. It's just a really big, fate-deciding event. How do you top it? How do you top it without making the plot absurd?

Totally agree, which I think wasn't clear. I don't want them to explain the religion, because then there's no faith. Just as they'll probably never explain what the Old Gods are, tell us that Flemeth is Andraste, or tell us definitively how the Black City got blackened. But nevertheless, I would love for them to encounter crisis over the 'Andraste is a mage' idea. Then, the plot could end with something mysterious, leaving you still unsure as to whether hers was really a divine encounter. Sorta like how they left the 'reality' of the Sacred Ashes open ended. I still sorta doubt they would go there, though.

They might give us closure over the "Andraste was a mage" idea because it's a fun, faith-shaking fact that would change nothing. It would answer questions, but it wouldn't solve mysteries. They've already established that she was mortal, so making her a mortal mage wouldn't really alter a lot about her, but it would shine a whole 'nother light on the Chant, and that could provoke some serious political/religious issues. In other words, fodder for more games. That's the kind of question that may very well get answered one day. Hey, you never know!

Ah good points, berelinde. It kinda reminds me of the controversy over Mary Magdalen and her possibly larger role amongst the apostles. Something scholars debate but the church officially ignores. I suppose Andraste could still be a Mage AND have truly encountered the Maker. If she was a mage, it def calls into question what she would have to say about the Circle system as it stands. LOL
