Good catch about the feet, raps! I hadn't noticed those before. And the guy they belong to look seriously scary (white mask and hood). Do you guys remember that image from WoT picturing Orlais? It had a few guys in hoods and white masks murdering a poor sod in an alley (with some of them standing watch). He looks like those guys.

i did pick up a certain sinister vibe abt that one. the masked one.

edit: it would be great if sum of the taverns...hopefully more than one!...we went into actually felt threatening. We heard abt how icky Hanged Man was, but, you know, it wasn't really like that in game. Just npc dialogue abt it.

I'm sure I've seen it on the forums as well. Hang on, I'll look around... Oh, and as for Viv's outfit, it's the same blue/golden stripes on the  puffs, and the same colors on the rest of the outfit.

The way I see it, the GW in the video, the GW in the concept art, and the laughing beard man in the pic with Sera are all the same gentleman.

I don't think this is the fruity looking "Oh no!" man next to Cassandra in the Maybe!Cullen pic.

I think this fruity guy is either Dorian or the smirking elf is Dorian.

I think the person with his/her feet propped up in the Sera pic represents our PC. I'm not sure who the man to her right is.

I have to admit to being really excited at seeing Scribe Girl in the Maybe!Cullen pic because it means she has a chance of still being in the game.

Maybe the arm puffs and colors are just sum bit Orlesian fashion? Maybe that's why Viv and Scribe girl have similar puffs and colors?

There were sooo many problems with Kirkwall (keep in mind DA2 is one of my all-time favorite games, so this is not bashing!!) Not only did the ambiance of the HM not match what the characters said about it, but the entire city was just too QUIET. In the "busy" marketplaces there might be one random NPC strolling periodically through. And the vendors were silent as the grave. (Never thought I'd miss ole Gorim's siren call of "Dwarven crafts!")

Here's a question. Apparently if you let Emile shag Nora in the tavern (before sending him back to the Gallows), if you return later the drunk patron supposedly tells you what actually happened during their "encounter". Has anyone ever heard it? What does he say?

I see! I can see the puffs. I guess Viv's outfit doesn't look blue and gold to me, and looks like a crazy pant suit compared to Scribe Girl's almost cigarette girl outfit. LOL Anyhoo, they both def look very Orlesian... or at least, I'm starting to think that puffy sleeves are in this season in Orlais...

But the HM was like a second home for my Hawke. Especially in beginning when we were at Gamlen's. I was just like come on Carver, let's gooooo. We'll get snookered w/Varric.

And my head canon meeting place before quests to make sure everybody was outfitted and tacticalled up.

I spent alot time there drinking....and not getting drunk. Ah, Nora, "I'm glad to see the Champion isn't to good to come by the HM." Me: ...yeah...well it's the only spot in town....i guess.."

Is that an eyebrow...? or something more?  (edit: or maybe now I'm seeing the laughing... so next to his ear, that's the corner of his mouth, and peek of white teeth?? )

I'm always too afraid they're gonna brand Emile or something. I do offer up Isabela to him, But Only after Isabela talks smack to Aveline. So, I talk smack to her. Good times.
