its kinda hard to tell who would screw us over this time since we dont know much about most of our companions I would be kinda pissed if Cullen was a companion and he ended up scewing us...

Well, if you romanced Jacob in ME2, he dumps you for this doctor woman, and actually knocks her up. He's acts very uncaring when you confront him about it, pretty crappy way of handling a break up.

There's also... well, it was more of a sort of betrayal...
Ashley can/almost sides with Udina when he decides to be a douchenugget. You can wind up forced to shoot her if things go badly. (I don't know if the same happens with Kaidan? I haven't done my Kaidan-isn't-dead run yet.)

Well, they were speculating that Dorian is the Trident dude. As for Ironbull, I don't see him being included as a companion (actually I believe he will be a villian) We've certainly seen more proof of Cullen being included in our party than Ironbull. We've seen some screencaps of a scary looking Qunari, but he is always alone.
