Ah. I just thought that those looked more like 1H swords on their back, not staves. Why would a party have 3 mages and no rogue? I said Cassandra because her DAI Seeker armor is a lot lighter in color, and the visible cloth is red.

I think it might be the femQuisitor that shows up on the screens sitting on the throne when another guy is about to be beheaded and the screen where someone is holding a flag? (Is that LELIANA bowing? 2:19)

I figured it was, anyway!  I could be off the mark/thinking of her the Morrigan from Irish Mythology, though.  It might make sense if it was her, though.
