So, so true. But also got that sense in Origins, especially with Zevran. Felt like I never knew him, and then he's the one companion who disappears after the game forever.
Well, I'm kind of depressed because to me DA2 had the more mature, more nuanced, more original story. Whereas DA:O was like every fantasy book ever that I used to read when I was a teen. I could tell it came from people who used to play D&D. I never played D&D, but I did read those fantasy novels on which the games were based on ("Dragonlance" I think they were called.)
But I'm being a Debbie Downer. Absolutely nothing I've seen so far suggests the story will be boring or rehashed fantasy. And all the vids so far have looked awesome
JUST PLEASE GIVE ME ONE GOOD LOOKING MALE COMPANION, COME ON!
