This is awesome.

I noticed in this pic that there are some runes carved into that stone that reminded me of the ones painted on the stones in this pic. I wonder if this is a different location altogether or if this may be the Dales/Halamshiral and they've just changed the design a bit?

You know, brush, I originally added in a sentence on that in my post... and then looking at it again in detail, I'm not so convinced that the rock markings are so similar, so I deleted it. The Dales one looks... I dunno, almost like spraypaint graffiti, whereas this one looks like native american petroglyphs to me. Also, the Dales one kinda looks like the middle of no where to me, and this one could be either a keep or maybe even a whole city? The coloring is similar, though. So it could be!

So I went to Gamescom today, wow .... cramped to the brim. It was so hard to find the BW place and then it looked so official that I was too scared to go in there . BioWare is the only reason I went there, oh well ... maybe tomorrow I have more courage. I mean they said there were nugs, who doesn't want to see nugs?

Yeah, that's why I definitely say it could be a new iteration of old artwork, or someplace completely different. Those markings sure are interesting, though!!

Oh you should totally go! They had pics on the DA FB  page of fans hanging with the devs there. Looks pretty chill... Don't be intimidated! (I say breezily, because I'm not the one who actually has to walk in there... )

the more and more I look at it...
the more I start to think that the 'leaked' pics of 'companions' are done by the hands of Matt Rhodes. I've loved his art for some time, and to me that just looks like his handy work. I don't Imagine him doing concept art of characters for nothing. So in a way this gives me great hope/faith that Cullen will be in game...more so along the lines of a companion.

For me if something it 'leaked' it's because ppl aren't suppose to see it it's my hight hopes that this means Cullen. I like the brighter more 'naive' side of things lol:D

but yeah, I know what you're pointing out. But so far here's crossed fingers since a lot of those characters are in game so 'far'

LOL I know what you mean. Given that we saw some of those exact concepts from the leak on the wall at BW, though, I'm thinking they're definitely legit. We just don't know who's in and who's out at this point.
