When I look at that nug, two thoughts cross my mind.

1. Wow. What detail! If that thing romped out of the screen, I'd totally believe it.
2. Somebody slap some sunscreen on that poor little guy!

the more and more I look at it...
the more I start to think that the 'leaked' pics of 'companions' are done by the hands of Matt Rhodes. I've loved his art for some time, and to me that just looks like his handy work. I don't Imagine him doing concept art of characters for nothing. So in a way this gives me great hope/faith that Cullen will be in game...more so along the lines of a companion.

Isn't that sort of the point of concept art, though, to try out concepts that may or may not make it into the game? His blog post about all the old concept from from ME and DA shows lots of characters concepts that weren't in the game.

For me if something it 'leaked' it's because ppl aren't suppose to see it it's my hight hopes that this means Cullen. I like the brighter more 'naive' side of things lol:D

LOL I know what you mean. Given that we saw some of those exact concepts from the leak on the wall at BW, though, I'm thinking they're definitely legit. We just don't know who's in and who's out at this point.

You know what I was thinking would be nice. Lets just say they already know they want a DA4. It would be kind of cool if they had a vote that the fans could do. Like vote what between these four companions to be in game. Vote on these three places you would like to explore. It would be kind of interesting.

Just an idea, but you might want to make his jaw slightly longer/gaunt. I got that he was Cullen though.

I was thinking the same thing, lol!!! I have a white cat who likes to lie in the sun a lot and I worry. So that nekkid nug made me think of my silly cat.

Ok I will try to make it longer see if it looks any better, right now he looks like a teenage boy lol  but its also probably due to the fact that he has no textures on him and no detail like wrinkles and pores and stuff  i will inport the model into a sculpting program and see if i can make him more Cullen like

I have no idea how to give advice on such a  project, ag99, since I know nothing. But one other thought I had was the eyes... how his are a little careworn even before the purple circles are added. That might help him look older...? Although,  that might be what you're saying about the textures and such. He does look Culleny, tho.

Well I tryed to model him form this pic  that Lola gave me a while back







and instead it came out like this lol.. i guess his missing his stubble and a few whrinkles here and there  I will also try and texture him and hopfully that will make him look better its frustrating tho cuz i've been working on this for the past 4 hours...

yeah, I think the cheekbones need to be a little more pronounced, a little lower on the face, maybe, and the eyes a little droopier on their lower lids. Is that possible?

Yea I was a lil upset cuz I couldn't model his cheeks right, I made him not so cheek bony lol I was preparing this for when we got to page 2500 but hopefully he will look better by then

k so i took ur guys advice and lowerd his jaw a lil bit tried to define his cheek bones a lil bit more all tho you cant see it that much in the pic , and also tried to make his eyes a bit droopy
the result is a bit of a longer face than it was before

The thought of him being an NPC again, it hurts. It hurts real bad.

Well Cassandra interrogates Varric roughly 3 years after, so since Cass 'n' Varric are now travelling together it'll likely have taken place at least a year or so after that.
