Hmm... going back a few pages (seriously, it's Saturday, why are you people not sleeping late like normal people ) I think you guys were a little hard on ag99. I will also say that I am annoyed they are not streaming the panels; that's a little bit like not airing a game because the people at home didn't pay for it. (Though of course you do pay your cable provider, so it's not a perfect example.) Still, it's true that no one is entitled to anything, especially when a private company is involved; they are free to market their product how they feel is best! (But then we are free to feel frustrated and annoyed.)  (Still, I'd not recommend bashing the company too much on the company's own website. Perhaps take to tumblr or some other avenue to vent your frustration.)

This is the first time I've been around for a release of a highly anticipated game, so I can't really tell if this is unusual or what. I'm definitely excited about the game, thanks to the return of race selection  but it is frustrating not to know more.... despite the fact that logic dictates you shouldn't know so much about a game a year in advance lol 

But I think it is okay to let out one's frustration from time to time, so long as we are not rude to BW. And definitely we shouldn't gang up on each other. 

In other news, I had a DAI dream last night... I dreamed I was a companion, a young man who'd grown up wild and was also a mage. The inquisitor was recruiting me, and oh yes, I should add that he (the inquisitor) was hot... yes you can see where my mind was going with this dream  I'm terrible.

Well, if you read my post carefully, you'll notice I came down on both sides  I agree it's not right to bash a company on its own website. But it was probably also easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment and kind of gang up on someone. I've been ganged up on before here at the BSN and it makes you want to cry your eyes out lol 

I think it was more like the Inquisitor was the pimp... he was collecting hotties for his little... whatever it is he was doing lol My dream didn't specify, probably because I don't know the plot of DAI yet

Probabaly Cameron, Aaryn Flinn, Mark Darrah. They seem to have been the most active so far. They'll all probably be retweeting each other too, so it'll be hard to miss stuff.

Reading Ashe's site, and I'm disappointed mages will be restricted to a staff again. However, at least since the Circles are dissolved it might make more sense to see a mage "outting" him/herself by carrying a gigantic staff around. I just think it's silly that a person who possesses magic can't also learn how to wield a sword or bow. I always mod my DA2 mages so that they carry proper weapons. And seriously, why would Carver have learned how to wield a sword but his older brother/sister didn't? Just because s/he had magic? I didn't see my Hawke's as that sort of guy or girl... especially since they couldn't exactly use magic to get them out of a sticky situation. You'd want to rely on a sword.

Man I never had the guts to play a pimp Hawke. I started off once and romanced Isabela, told her it wasn't serious, then moved on to Anders... and got stuck there lol

The staff thing annoyed me too, especially in DA2 when no one is supposed to know you're a mage for the first half of the game. "Oh what odd clothes that person is wearing, and what on earth are they carrying a large stick for? Hm...must have bad knees, poor sod"

Good point... I also got worried when she said not all LIs can be bisexual. Not sure if that's still an ME thing or if it includes DA. So, hoping for the best.
