No, that was his very first 'conversation' with the thread, over a year ago, when he commented on the Cullen thread via twitter. I think responding to comment from Danny about how awesome we are...?  Way before he started being nice to us...

It's surreal to think that over a year ago I came into this thread and met most of you. I really love this place and the people who I have interacted with.

Some of you were here before me and really accepted me and my quirks. Lola, R2, berelinde, MMG, Samara, Nikki and Vamp spring to mind (Along with Ipoohcupcakes and your wonderful avatars)

Some of you came in shortly after me, like Deuce and battlebloodmage and really made it feel like a big growing family.

And even more came in while I was afk like Ag99 and Chantirose (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and really brought new life into the thread.

We've seen some great times and some rough times and forgive me if this is a bit dramatic and sappy, but I'm glad to have met and known all of you!

Anyway......uh I think I'm gonna be boring and play another human male...rogue this time *fist bumps Nikki* who probably romances Cassandra or Sera....no one speak of my secret admiration of Vivienne...

Side note though....my Inquisitor wants....no NEEDS to be able to smoke his pipe like in that tavern concept art.

Could this be Cullen trying to calm a mage before the Templars do something about her?

Personally, I don't think that's Cullen. This Templar's hair is too red, and the jawline is much more elongated than Cullen's. 

Although, if this Templar is attempting to calm this mage...I find that very interesting.

Personally, I don't think that's Cullen. This Templar's hair is too red, and the jawline is much more elongated than Cullen's. 

Although, if this Templar is attempting to calm this mage...I find that very interesting. 

Although the hair may be red due to lighting...but who knows...I guess time will tell...

The hair looks like how Fergus's was styled. And I got the feeling that he thought they were in over their head.

I dunno what it is but that mage reminds me of the first time I had Adrian from Asunder described to me. I kind of think those guys are screwed....

Oh, Danny. This is precious  I feel the same way about this thread and everyone in it. So many different personalities, yet we make it work. And all for love of a curly-headed templar  Was I here before you? Really? I still think of myself as a newcomer. There are some "oldtimers" who I still feel intimidated around, hehe

Huh, that is interesting, actually! Sure, it might not mean anything, but it's fun to speculate and that figure does have the general colours/shape of Cullen's concept in the leaked survey.

I will probably start off with a human female, sort off trying it vanilla-style first. It will be fun to see what is different for the elf, dwarf and qunari later on. How is the elf-Inq treated differently from the human one, how much of a difference will the lower status make. Usually do the first PT blind, hence the whole dumped-by-Fenris-rebound-with-Anders-catastrophe in DAII. That little Hawke did not have a easy life, lol. All the diplomacy and patience in the world couldn't help her life from turning out a royal mess. Saving the qunari for last since it feels like she would get the most negative reaction, just guessing here.

Must say that I am starting to really look forward to be playing as a female dwarf, in DA:O I had huge problems with making a character that I thought looked good. Just felt sorry for them since I was so inept with their CC. Other people have posted pics of perfectly nice little ladies and I was so envious. This time perhaps it will go better for me, ha ha otherwise I'll ask for help on the forum.
