LOL, that's how I feel about that Diana Allers scene, except it came off as really skeevy to me. Yet, the Travers one did not. I just let her shower and be on her way. Good old oblivious Shep! I felt ME3 had a lot of unintentional leading on of the crew. I honestly thought I was just being nice and not flirting with anyone at all. Then suddenly they show up in my room. At least with Anders, he doesn't show up at your bedroom door until you make it very clear that you want him there in adult consenting ways!

LOL Allers ambushed me, too; I pretty much just went "LEAVE, Skank!!" and she got all embarrassed and left, to the point where I kind of felt bad lol

Well about Anders and Steve, I meant it was like Anders because there was no, "Hey, you're a really cool guy and all, but I think I just want to be friends" option, just "LETS DO IT" or "EW GAY NO" lol

As long as no one mentions collecting my eyelashes in a jar, or makes me feel like they're doing something sneaky behind my back or trying to goad me into doing something sneaky like... Distracting the chantry lady... I'll be good.

Ahhhh, yes, I see the connection you were making now and I know what you mean about wanting the 'let's just be friends' nicely said response. I hate being trapped in the 'black and white' dialogue options.

for some reason now that you've brought up eyelashes all I can think about is this Spongebob Squarepants episode where Spongebob makes Squidward a sweater as a homemade gift using his eyelashes as the wool.  Obviously Squidward was creeped out, and now I'm applying this scenario to DA romances!

HA! ME was full of awkward moments where I wished for a third or fourth option. You were either stuck with a flirt, or had to behave like a mean ass. Sometimes there was a middle option, worst of all though is how I'd pick the option I just thought was the nicest non-flirty platonic thing to say, but that always initialized a romance. I'd just not know that till half the crew was in love with me at the same time.

Dragon Age sometimes did that with me, too. Damned ninja-mancing. That's what I liked about Dragon Age 2, I knew it when I was picking a flirt.

Speaking of flirts.. Both series had some hilarious awkwardly timed flirtings.

Anders comes to mind.. Right after Karl.

Can't wait for new flirts in Inquisition!

'So that explains your whole sexy, tortured look!' ....I was so embarrassed when my Hawke said that to Anders. I almost went and replayed the scene to say something else. Almost.
Most times I'm really oblivious to whether or not I'm flirting so I liked the little heart showing up, but at the same time, it's takes a lot of the mystery out of pursuing the relationship. Still I like having it as a safety net.

I thought I had found a way around Liara's ninjamance...but in my last PT she and Kaidan both cornered me in the CIC!

Kaidan: I didn't know you also liked women!
Liara: I'm not a woman, I'm monogendered!
Kaidan: Whatever. Shepard, you have to pick.
Me: Image IPB

At least it added something interesting to the story. XD

Okay no, try a BroShep with Liara in ME... she approaches him and is like, "I was wondering if you and Ash had a thing since you seem close..."  Me: ASH?! I haven't taken her on a SINGLE mission, and I've never ONCE talked to her, AND I plan to let her die at the end of the game LOL

i had this weird PT where early on in the game, Garrus and I renewed our relationship status, yet everywhere I turned someone was hitting on me! Even Liara's Dad was all pissed off at me thinking I was going after Liara! I was like, 'has this whole world gone crazy!? I'm pretty sure Garrus and I are officially dating! Why does no one else see it!?

Liara ninjas me every single time. Short of being just plain mean to her, not sure how to prevent it, so I just go with it till it's time to decide.. Nothing even remotely flirty ever happens, though. Kaidan just automatically assumes something is going on.. reminds me of the Anomen romance in Baldur's Gate 2. I'm just nice to someone, nothing flirty happens, and that automatically = lovey dovey romance. Minus the lovey dovey. Or the romance. Since literally nothing flirty is remotely exchanged. It's confusing.

LOL That made me laugh  I almost feel sorry for Liara; we're obviously meant to romance her; hell, even when we don't romance her, ALL THE OTHER CHARACTERS still think we're romancing her LOL And she's like sitting in a corner thinking, This is so awkward... *twiddles thumbs*

And yeah I like the heart button; no fried nerves there, wondering if you just royally effed up your romance... lookin' at you, DA:O...

All of that happens to me. Every. Single. Time. I read somewhere that the Liara's dad part is a glitch. Was so happy with the Citadel DLC.. it's the only time anyone ever recognizes my Garrus-mance!

I seriously felt like Garrus was my imaginary boyfriend in ME3. Like I made the whole thing up from stressed out Shepard delusions or something!

I know, me too. It's not really professional of him, and it's just plain derogatory. He can be pretty funny, even some of his perverted stuff, but he can go too far at times.

But I do like his vidoes for the most part, and he does make good points with a lot of the games he reviews.

Wow, Tumblr is confusing... I thought Faebook was for a long time, guess I'm getting old.

Yeah, Cullen romance is not looking good the more the companions are announced. It's a constant up and down.

"Omg, I know he'll be in the game, I'm soo happy!" *skips through house, whistling*

then the next info I read I get this feeling.

*sobs in corner* "There are just too many warriors, too many males. My life sucks! boo hoo."

Bleh, at least I got plenty of stuff to do this and beginning of next year, so time should go by fairly fast. Probably gonna be cut off the internet for couple of weeks until we get settled again, moving stress going to make me forget all about the game. Then hopefully when I get back on I'll get lots of new juicy information. B)

I agree that he can go too far. He just recently made a review for a game called "Ride to Hell", where he points out the bad treatment of females in the game. I really like it when he doesn't like a game, it's funny. His Let's play of "Man vs. Wild (everglades)" is my go to video when I need to lighten my mood, it cracks me up every single time I watch it

I was pleasantly surprised that he took so much offense to it - because it WAS disgusting. D:

Yeah it really was. Who would write something like that and thinks "Yup, that looks about right." Then it goes through QA and no one takes offense to this? I call BS.
