Yeah, it seems that dude who mentioned Witch Hunt was just mistaken about that detail, but his general point remains, that BW was clearly working on DA2 while they were making Witch Hunt and foreshadowed its events. So... what I'm seeing here is a Cole that's still very much mentally child-like. My hope was that after Asunder his character would be tweaked a little, just a little... and he could become a LI. But I'm not seeing that here... so I think Cole is off the LI table.

But seriously, this is interesting! Of all the characters he could've added to that, like Vivienne or even the Inquisitor him/herself, he picked Cole. Why is Cole there? Probably because he's a party member. Looks like we've got ourselves another one!

Cole's there because it was in response to a fanart that involved invisible!Cole spying on Cassandra's reading. So it doesn't really mean anything for his companion status.

I actually kinda love the idea of Cole being like a little kid, if he's anything like the way DG portrayed him in his little blurb for that picture then I think his banter with the other characters will be highly entertaining!

He is really cute as a kid, but I was seriously hoping for him as a LI in the absence of Cullen :innocent: I guess I'll have to start thinking about GW or IB? Hot older mentor type for my dear inquisitor? Hmm, okay.
