As for the maybe!Cullen picture. 1) That might not even be Cullen, and 2) I'm not putting too much stock in the outfits they're wearing since DG said its a very early concept art, so at that stage the characters probably didn't even have their final drafts drawn up, let alone their outfits, or in-game models.
Iron Bull is another one who could be the leader of the "Red Fist", although why he'd even bother to be an advisor to the Inquisitor is beyond me, if he prefers to kill and drink. That doesn't strike me as someone who would want to lead any type of organisation, especially when he's escaped the militant style of life by leaving the Qun.

Like I said, if he is a character like Zaeed, then he would just do his "job" because he is getting paid.
Leliana (sneaky): "We could use the sewers to enter the keep, get the guy and get out. No need to kill more people than we have too."
Scribe Girl (diplomatic): Let me talk to the leader, there needs to be a middle ground. Maybe we could negotiate."
Iron Bull looking over at the two females disinterested, his arms crossed over his chest. "Show your strengh. You have a ruthless band of mercenaries at your disposal, use them and show them that they're either with us or against us." He clears his throat "Only today for the low price of 19.99, I'll throw in some barrels of sar-qamek."
...Yeah, I don't know

The description gives an example of what each group would advise. The militant advisor suggests we seek aid from the Empress' brother because he has the man-power needed to aid us against the red Templars, that seems pretty sensible to me. If it had said "the Red Fist's leader suggests you kick the door down, headbutt the Empress, ****** in the fountain, demand help and steal some loot" then I'd be more inclined to believe that it wouldn't be Cullen.
Plus, we don't know anything about Iron Bull beyond a brief description.

You don't like "The Purple Crows"? It's so original..
Leliana: Inquisitor, the crows are at your disposal.
Quizzy: You're an assassin?
Leliana: No, well, yes, but these are different crows. They're purple and wear pretty shoes.
And I'm rather sure that is in fact Cullen, but the idea of him being a spy sort of makes me giggle.

LOL, now I really wish the Iron Bull was the leader, that sounds like something a Qunari might suggest.
Oh, and as for the "why", Chiantirose is probably right about it being money. He is already a leader according to the survey, so there's that.

Leliana: "Well... Crow's feathers look simply darling when worn correctly, and purple really suits me!"
Those names are pretty stupid, especially because of the Antivian crows and the Red Fist automatically makes people think "red Templar". Still, it wouldn't surprise me if they've kept the names, calling the new organisation the Inquisition seemed pretty daft after the bad rep the previous one had.

Haha, there you have it then.
Yeah, I can see that happening.
I hope the leak was just some concept art and the rest is someone guessing, but I can also see it being real and in the final game.

One thing I do hope, if this leak is legit, is that the advisors will come with us on the occasional quest. For example, that ball mentioned in the description, I'd hope that the 3 advisors would actually attend it too. I mean, it would make sense for them to be there anyway. Leliana is the type of person to go there and use her charm and influence to find out secrets and spy on people, and Morrigan (if she's the leader of the Gold Keys) would be there because she's part of the Empress' court now. So in theory Cullen (if he's the leader of the Red Fists) should also be there, if only because the description mentions that the red Templars might be planning something dodgy. Plus, how can we perv on him and make him dance with us, if he isn't there, LOL!
Well, at least the one whose advise you took should accompany you. Oh, that would be really good actually! I do hope they make perving on Cullen more of a priority in this game, the previous ones have been severely lacking in that regard.

The idea of dressing Cullen in purple and pretty shoes as befitting some kind of novelty strippergram or gigolo, sending him into an enemy stronghold under the guise of having been sent to the wrong place, then using his endearing awkwardness to cover up the fact he's actually scoping the place out...
It's just so crazy... it'd probably work!

I guess it's the fact that they mention things like the red templars by name, gold keys, and red fists long before we saw those statues or heard about any of it from the trailer and demo. It even mentions that the game will take place in Ferelden and Orlais, which we didn't know until last month, before that we thought we'd be going to a bunch of different countries.

You know... yeah, the names are what really throw me off with this leak. Honestly, they sound just plain stupid. I mean, every faction has to have a color in it?? Seriously. I may end up eating my words later... but that's my gut reaction.LolaLei wrote...

Now, like Lola said, they could be placeholders. I like the faction idea, and it mirrors something I guess they're doing with the mobile game (the scribbled note of Ashe's from PAX that Comm K clarified a few days ago) where you get extra points for having every party member be from a certain "faction." That game mechanic probably won't happen in DA:I, but it does suggest we could have very clear factions that help or hinder us in game.
I also like the description for the Big Bad's aim of getting back into the Black City, which hits all the buttons by being: simple, dastardly, world changing, lore rich, freakin' cool.

Yeah, I can see that happening.Inquisition doesn't bother me, it instantly tells people that you're a no nonsense gang who will not be trifled with, but Golden Keys? Red Fist? Purple Crows? Is it just me or are these merely things that have been featured in the concept art and then given a color? Are we going to have a "Brown Bowl of Eels" faction as well?

Commander Kurt: If it wasn't for when that "leak" was posted, I would've presumed that it was fake too. Thing is, the leak happened in February and again in May, long before we had any concept art or trailers/demos/info to go on. This happened during the silence.

But then I'll ask again (because it's rather significant); Do we know what was actually leaked? Was it notes, art, DG's personal journal, what? The leak could be true, but the info wrong.
It could be that it was just concept art, and whoever then posted it made their own assumptions/was trolling us. That would explain the crappy names, and that some things appear to be in line with what we've seen so far.

The two screenshots that I posted last night of the, er... post lol, was the only thing that was shown. No concept art or anything like that. According the original thread it was just someone leaking a few details.
