I find it kind of funny that people call npc's stupid. I mean if it wasn't written that he will recognize you as a mage then he is not going too. It's not like he has an arguement with his writer.

Writer: ... and then Cullen replies: "There have been rumors about you Hawke, I hope they aren't true"

Cullen: "Wth? I know Hawke is a Mage! I can see the staff on his back and saw him cast magic."

Writer: "Shut up and act how I write you!"

Cullen: "God damnit."

It's trendy. Like hating on humans, fem!Cousland in particular.

Gotta say, I'm starting to feel some rebound antagonism toward Cole. It's totally unfair to dislike a character because its fans are jerks, but it isn't always easy to avoid it. I mean, if you get a face full of "fan" vitriol every time you start thinking about a character, it's bound to cause unpleasant associations.

LMAO! There's a comic strip to be had in that somewhere! In a way it's kinda insulting to whoever wrote him, since it's not Cullen's fault he's oblivious, that's just how things looked due to the time constraints. Poor thing.

@Lola yea that guy seems to be trouble for the most part when it comes to Cullen he came in here once too and asked us what would we do if he wasnt a companion all tho I think he kind of missed your point in his reply but oh well

I checked the thread, and that one guy seems to be the only one who's hating with any intensity, and he's got some issues. He was ranting about the game not being manly enough the other day. Probably safe to disregard.

about 40 simple descriptions of potential character directions. We pointed out which ones excited us and did some very rough drawings based on them. The writers then expanded on a smaller group, giving us a paragraph or two. We went back and forth quite a bit. I think that the cast of Inquisition followers are the strongest we’ve ever put together because of that collaboration."

Yup thought that was neat too! I also like the part where he talks about connecting with the Cosplayers to know if their outfits with comfortable or not
