Dragon Age isn't like Mass Effect, where you can only access certain functions via keyboard "shortcuts," which are an absolute terror and no shortcut at all, to be perfectly honest. You can get there using the keyboard, of course, but everything has an on-screen icon which you can click with the mouse if you would rather do it that way. I usually hide the interface when I take screenshots, but I can post one when I get home if you're curious about the PC interface. DAI will be different, of course, but they're also saying that DAI will have controller support, so you can have the best of both worlds.

I think I'll probably end up getting it on both console and PC. I was gonna get it on the Xbox 360 first, but my 360 died on me last month, so now I'll have to get it on one of the next gen consoles (if I buy one). Sooooo, yuh, I dunno which I'll get it on first now. I guess it depends on the state of my bank balance, LOL.

I'm on PC as well. Saving the big bucks for a new one closer to the release date. My graphics card is old and there's no room in the stupid box for a new one, apparently.

On the note of PC vs console, I've been a console gamer my whole life, but this winter I'm building my own PC and I'm going to replay DA. I heard... okay, okay.. I *saw* some awesome mods I'm excited to get: The Cullen mod for the mage origin, and the Alistair wedding. :x

Well I'm just happy knowing it's coming out for 360 as well...at least I have that going for me lol. Probably won't be as good as graphics, but whatevs....I wonder if they do like a comparison side by side.

And I just figured something out...in the trailer...the chick that stabs the table...she has braided hair...I don't think it's Cassandra, it might be Inquisitor, as for the Qunari, I think it's another version of Inquisitor, might be showing us the different Inquisitors we can get and that maybe over time, depending on what happens you might get scares and such!

Yup! You get three different styles to choose from: Military-esc which is super gnarly looking with spikes all over the place, political-esc which has statues and symbols all over the outpost, with lots of yellow and orange flags 'n' stuff, and espoignage-esc which has masses of material covering the roofs and makes the outpost look very locked down and secretive.

We get to take over loads of outposts, all over Ferelden and Orlais so you can use all the styles. I'm not sure if each "decor" choice has some effect on morale or whatever, but presumably there's some benefit to what style you pick based on where each outpost is situated.

Yeah I was hearing to that depending on choices you make in game, it'll also affect the look. Perty neat!

The qunari could be the Inquisitor. It looks an awful lot like Matt Rhodes's concept art called "Iron Bull," though, so that's where I'm still leaning.

I think she still had the braid, from what I remember. It's pretty subtle though, so I guess they tweaked it a bit since the trailer.

Oooh, I like trolls.  Hope they take a que from the Witcher and give them some personality rather than making them mindless monsters. My grandma would call me a "changeling" when I missbehaved as a kid..
