Has there been anything really worth listening to in the panels? I've been trying to force myself to sit down and listen to them, but it just seems like there's so many of them! I might like to listen to the one about getting a job in the industry, but game wise I think we've already learned all we can from the videos/interviews.

I think that's generally the way the writers like to approach all their characters, even the npcs.

Yea I'm kinda interested in the job one too but , I've noticed  that they sort of repeted themselfs on that one like in PAX Aus and PAX east 
like if you wanna be  a modeler or draw, you have to have a portofolio with your work and you have to be able to make something within a dead line.
  I also cheked out what kind of job openings they have on the BW site they had one for senior character creator or something like that,
they had some requirements like being able to model in a 3d application such as 3ds max, Maya , Softimage and then be able to sculpt  by eather useing Mudbox or Zbrush and then also be able to texture and stuff , lol for now im only somewhat ok  with doing things in 3DS max hopefully by the time im done with school I will improve on those other aspects as well

Side note: I'm starting to get the hang of DA toolset now, and that idea you had for the Cullen cutscene is totally do-able! I found Cullen's little model (he looks so itty bitty!) and trying to work out all the animations and junk that will make it work. Plus I gotta figure out how to use it so the PC shows up in the scene, instead of just some random NPC (though I might just use one for the cutscene to make it easier, then if I decide to mod it into the game figure out the PC part later)

I'm feeling the same way. I tried to listen to the art and creative design panel... but couldn't finish it. Maybe because I'm a visual learner. Just can't really pay attention... esp when it's stuff we've pretty much heard.

Oh, I agree. But if Bioware made that DLC, all would be forgiven AND I would send my firstborn child to work in their mines when he was of age.


Sorry this post is so late but just wanted to mention that if you play Mass Effect 3 on the PC, there's a mod called "MEHEM" (Mass Effect Happy Ending Mod) that gives your Shepard a reunion scene with your love interest. It's an excellent mod and the only reason I keep playing ME3.

Ah I love MEHEM! I had a bug w/ it a couple times, but getting to see my Shepard reunited w/ Garrus in the end gave me fuzzy feels, and let me walk away from the game imagining them getting old, adopting a Krogan baby, and being overall happy and Reaper free!

I guess its an "easter egg" of Hawke talkingt to him/herself if he/she doesnt have anyone in the party.
I did a couple of solo runs and that dialog came  every once in a while

If you do "The Long Road" quest solo (This is the one where Avilene tries to combine a patrol with Donnic and a date) and you've been playing a sarcastic Hawke....well, just see for yourself:
