I think DG's pretty firm about not catering to fanboys (or fangirls) so he's not too into the DR stuff. If Morrigan has to be in the story, he's going to make sure that she makes sense.

that's a good point. That's also what I'd been thinking since he's been so clear about any DR/OGB storyline being optional/side quest material. So I suppose the very human stuff necessarily has to be different. Perhaps part of her relationship with Flemeth, Yavana, et al. ?

Hmm. Anybody going to import a non-DR save? I'm almost thinking about doing it. I wouldn't mind my Warden never becoming Warden-Commander because that was never his style anyway. And Witch Hunt already doesn't make sense. And his LI is forever glitched.

I'm curious to see how Morrigan without a child will be like.

With the Keep, I plan to have my second playthrough where Loghain died killing the Archdemon and then my Warden stabbed Morrigan in Witch Hunt. To me, that sounds like the second most interesting possible Morrigan.

And I'm sure the writers aren't silly enough not to let us have a proper introduction to who Morrigan is and why...she...is. I don't know. But they do want new players, and having a character be so important but requiring you to have played Origins to half understand is silly, and will alienate new fans.

I bet she'll still be in DAI, even if you stabbed her lol.

I suppose I might try it since I only have two actual Warden imports... And only one Awakenings Warden. Maker bless them for the Keep! Can't wait to play around.

I have no doubt she'll be there regardless, but you have to admit, if a baby softens Morrigan, the stabbed version would be an interesting contrast in the next playthrough.

Oh, I have no doubt they'll give her a proper introduction, but you know if there's a kid, for example, they'll be playing the heart strings to the max on that one.

Especially if you romanced her, the kid was your son and you still stabbed her, LOL! Angry-angry Morrigan!

If they do, I hope with all my heart the OGB/random accidental pregnancy baby is mute. There hasn't been a good child actor since the 80s. Skyrim made me long for the childless days of Oblivion with those things.

Good point! Must do the ol' playthrough switcheroo now!

I feel so sorry for my Qunquisitor for having to put up with this version of Morrigan.

 Your Teagan maybe. My Teagan is embarassed by her and considers Isolde the scourge of the family. He loves Connor though but Isolde made him fearful of following his brother's footsteps which is why he was not married.

That cut dialogue from DA2 where he gives Hawke a token an admitting tha she reminded him of someone who was dear to him made me melt.:o:wub:

I always suspected that Isolde wanted Teagan but he would have nothing to do with her in that way. He couldn't betray his brother. But he does love Connor and as soon as Isolde said his name, Teagan was right there, running off with her. Teagan strikes me as a loyal sort of chap. ^_^

Edit: Oops. Sorry for the double post...

I agree. He's the youngest Guerrin and most likely Rowan and Eamon are his role models since his father was killed.

I think Teagan's mother died when he was really young. Eamon was 9 and Rowan was like 16 when he was born so he was probably....'A surprise baby'

"Surprise baby".... hehehe... ;) On a more sobering thought, do you suppose Momma Guerrin died giving birth to Teagan? *cue dramatic music* Still Teagan turned out well. :D

LMAO!!! To put it mildly! I actually do like Morrigan and would hate to see that done to her but - oh - the verbal barbs and attitude she'd have! Yikes! :)

Ugh, I love how even the "reasonable" confessions have to get in a dig in generalizing the Cullen fans.

I never killed her off like that in my fan fiction but you have a valid point.  If Rowan was 16 and Eamon was 9 when Teagan was born... Momma Guerrin was likely in her mid 30s to early 40s. Maybe the birth was difficult for her.

In my fan fiction, I had it that his mother died when he was four then Rowan cared for him until the Rebellion and he was sent away with Eamon.   When he returns he ends up living with Rowan and Maric.  :)

I stopped following it. Then again, I haven't been tumblring lately so I'm not missing anything. But still... unfollowed it a while ago. It was bumming my joy too much.

That's the idea... he's turning into what Christoph looked like when Justice took over his body.

He was dead, lol. So either Anders died and it was scrapped, or Justice took over so much that Anders no longer exists and now the body is starting to die slowly.

*sigh* I know. I should do the same. I still appreciate the odd confession that makes me smile or think about something I hadn't considered before. It helps that I skip over the ridiculous long ones now...
