Ha, many people scare me! I think it has to do with not being accountable for anything you say, people come online to go crazy and let their hair down (after all, these are the same people who play GTA ).

True true. And of course it could be as well some trolling or tongue in cheek behaviour. I actually would not mind to play a lunatic at some point, although I would rather go 'monty python' than 'burn them witches!' for an inquisitor.
Hehe, during a larp (live action roleplay) a guy played a totally flipped inquisitor who shot almost anything that moved 'cause it could be witchcraft'. It was hilarious

Darn, after what I wrote before I am getting scared of the worst thing they could do... put in Cullen as a companion, totally fleshed out... and then have him as a LI for everyone but the inquisitor

If there isn't a toolset this time around, then I hope the game is good enough in vanilla that it wouldn't need much doing to it anyway. 

I think the biggest thing that a lot of people modded for both DA:O and DA2 were the CC options, such as better hairstyles/colours, makeup, more varied skin tones/textures 'n' things like that, but if the DAI character creator really is as customisable as the devs claim then we (hopefully) wouldn't need to do too much to it anyway.

Yeah, he titled it Iron Bull. Presumably the dude made it into the game since he's dressed the same as the dude from the trailer. No idea if he's a companion or not, but I would imagine so.

You know I know that they said the survey was full of *rap but everything they've done just keeps confirming it's accuracy. I definitely think it was legit even if subject to change.....which would be just awesome for us here 'cause of that suspiciously Cullen-y image in the art.

I'm 99% certain that everyone mentioned/shown in that survey leak will be in the game in some capacity, even if it's not as a companion.

My theory is that everyone shown in the pictures and/or mentioned in the character descriptions are all important characters, some in companion/LI roles and others as important npcs with a big role to play in the game as a whole.

I don't remember seeing a pic of Morrigan though and she's been huge with the early marketing. I guess that's why I'm inclined more to believe companions.....which has absolutely nothing at all to do with wishful thinking....it's reasoned....really!

We already knew enough about Morrigan though, same reason why Varric wasn't in the survey leak either.

Cullen and Cassandra were the only two characters in the survey that we'd already met previously. I think Cass was mentioned because we already knew that she was going to play a part in DAI anyway, and Cullen was shown because he's still a bit of an enigma due to us knowing very little about his personal life or history (beyond what we saw happen to him across two games).

Plus, I guess it was pretty obvious that Cullen would at least make a cameo since we knew the whole mage/templar thing was gonna play a part in DAI to some extent.

Anyway, I'm heading off to Kirkwall for a little. I made a concerted effort not to romance Fenris again and failed miserably. I have no self control where broody elves and Templars are concerned.

Yeah, aside from a couple of re-releases of older games there's really not much of interest out there at the moment. I think that's because the next gen consoles are on the verge of being released, so they're saving up all the good ones for the PS4 and Xbox One.
