I know it rains, so it probably snows and stuff too. Dunno if that'll be all over, or just in certain areas.

What I said in my post was that rl armor doesnt look 100% like in the game armor and what Holly was wearing might have been a lil bit misleading of what the female armor will actually look like in game, and I did said that Jessica's dress looked really good and one guy I saw that was dressed like Fenris also looked close to how it was in the game just not 100%

Yeah, it'll never look 100% even if the outfit is an exact replica because no real life person has the body proportions of the characters in-game, lol.

But it probably would have just been Alistair. Which is still fine. Maybe you could have met up with other Wardens doing the same thing.

See, I can see Zevran going with the Warden...if the Warden is female, he'd probably...help her along so she would not become a Broodmother. I dont' see Zev abandoning his warden that easily; he attaches himself at your hip as soon as you recruit him.

As much as I love Morrigan and Leliana, I don't think they'd go. Morrigan has her own destiny, as does Leliana. Not to say Zev isn't important, but I'd think his business with the Crows would be complete by the time the Warden's Calling came along.

I know one of my Hawke's will go into the Deep Roads with Anders. With the others, Anders will leave in the middle of the night.

interesting. I personally don't see why the female sillouette has to
look distinct from the male. Why are we so obsessed with defining
gender. *shakes head* A female's body is shaped a bit differently from a
male's, so that difference will show itself even with the same outfit.
Male and female soldiers don't wear different uniforms; how absurd would
it be if they did.

It's too bad she didn't debut the rogue or mage Inquisitor since we've already seen the warrior. Ah well.

I actually really like the cosplay. The gauntlets could have used some work - it looks too bulky for the fingers to properly move. And the helmet looks too big for her. XD But it's like one of the first Inquisition cosplays, so I can't really nitpick. Regarding different silhouettes: I think BioWare wanted to make the distiniction for those who wanted some strong, but feminine armor. Unfortunately, gaming companies do have to make that distinction to appease the masses these days. All I can say is: at least we don't see major clevage!

I hesitantly agree; I applaud their costume-making abilities  but Jessica and Holly are making weird faces and poses in their photo takes lol Like why is Holly doing all that weird stuff with her arms; a warrior pose would be to just stand their nobly with maybe like your hand on your sword or something lol

LOL You know, for me, the design of the Inquisitor armor actually looks pretty cool. I also expected a red cloak, but the blue appeals to me, as well. I'd love to see this outfit on default!Inquisitoress. It makes we wonder
if they partnered with Holly to create the female Inquisitor look after the bruhaha over how much bigger male Inquisitor's closet was in the GameInformer Gamescon World Unveiled video.

But... for custom made armor... it's sorta strange that it doesn't fit Holly very well. I'm not knocking cosplay, because I know she's one of the best, and made it herself, and I could never do it, etc., but compared to how awesome her fem!Shep armor was (I mean, she looked like she'd literally just stepped out of the game!), this one kinda looks like she's playing dress up in dad's armor closet. I mean, is the helmet supposed to be, um, crooked like that? I guess I'm just not as bowled over by the RL version over the popping detail we could see from the in-game footage.

Not too impressed with how the inquisitor armor appears here, but it is indeed terribly hard to make something ingame look great outgame. The fact that (exceptions prove the rule) most cosplay do not manage to be spot on in setting down a character no matter how awesome the outfit is, is what holds me from trying to do it myself. Never been to a cosplay myself (but would love to visit one sometime...)

Edit: speaking about cosplay... I had the weirdest dream last night that I bumped into Adam Howden cosplaying Anders... And I was like: whoah, he is doing a good job, and not getting the hint that he actually is Anders...

I can't wait to see the full outfit options for fem!Inquisitor like we did for male!Inquisitor. I didn't see one amongst the dudes that was very close (maybe the one on the left below, sorta), but I love how she has the belt pouches like a lot of the dudes did with their lock picking tools. Here's hoping lock picking isn't just rogues this time!

I love the majority of the concepts, but that Assassin's Creed look-alike? It makes me wince. I figure it is a nod to the awesome franchise, but at the same time I'm like: "...no."

I find it interesting that Matt Rhodes and Holly included a coat into the cosplay. I've noticed a lot of fur in the outfits on the concept arts for the game, and it makes me think we're going to be dealing with cold weather and such. I think the fur in the concept arts for Inquisition looks a lot more realistic than the fur shown in the older DA games.

Good point. Like maybesorta!Cullen in that concept art about a new home, or whatever, where they're in those snowy mountains.

Ag sorry using my phone to type...takes forever to explain. I just meant that there are quite a lot if really good displays other then the ones u mentioned. I will have to post the ones I remember of to show u.

As for Holly's, I like certain aspects af it. Like the pouches and the fact that she used different materials and that hopefully we will get to see that sort of verity in game.

LOL It's also rather, erm, religious armor for someone who is not beholden to the Chantry... altho at least it's different from the slightly overdone Inquisition logo everywhere.... altho, really, who am I kidding, I LOVE the Inquisition logo. <3<3 It's so ubiquitous I'm imagining Inquisition-issued underwear... with the logo on the butt! [[edit: and yes... if biowarestore were to sell those...  #justsayin]]

It sure must be hard to put all those layers together and not have it weigh a ton! I do like the little jacket thingie, tho. I like how many of those dude Inquisitor armors had that combination, of jackets, hats, cowls, etc, along with plate pieces. Makes me excited for the armor options in the game.

They should! Than I know what to ask for Christmas!  But I also want them with the templar logo
