Seriously, what change? lol there was a pop-up but I accidentaly, without thinking, clicked out of it.

Nothing drastic so far (as I can tell) They are going to make Polls, Albums, etc "read only" which I think means disabling the comments on them. Other than that, Jessica is saying they're trying to make things more focused on positive interaction.

Yeah I found the note she posted in Off-Topic forum.

It's probably been a huge headache to moderate all that stuff, so I can understand getting rid of it.

And I agree with Batteries, GOOD LUCK trying to make this place positive lol Hell we have Cullen-haters actually hanging out with us b/c this is one of the FEW non-hateful threads on the entire forum!!

I think what this site could really use is a block feature; I've tried "blocking" certain people but it doesn't prevent you from seeing their posts. Man, there are some seriously hateful people on this forum; I'd do anything to not have to see their negativity spewing all over the forum!

I don't hate Cullen. I do hate what he did, but I'm willing to bend on his character in DAI.

Can't give them grief for trying at least! I've got high hopes for some change, but yea they've definitely got their work cut out for them. I like it here in our little positivity corner of the BSN, ready to bunker down when companions start getting announced and the sh*t really starts to hit the fan!

I think this is the text from the pop up.

As part of this process, you may notice some changes over the next few weeks as we remove, change or add features to the site – starting with some existing BSN features (Polls, Albums, Projects and Blogs) moving to Read-Only as of November 19th 2013, and ultimately phased out of the site.

This is all being done with the next stage of BSN in mind. We apologize for any inconvenience and will continue to keep you updated. We encourage you to take this time to back up or save any important data or conversations you'd like to preserve."

It's never quite so bad in the designated romance/character threads, the most you get is fans of certain LIs bickering amongst themselves (occasionally it escalates, but not often).

don't know what happened in the me3 section though.

Well if they were to make those kinda of forums specific for characters/LI then yea but right now there is only 1 for DAI general discussion and if we were to have a thread there now  it will end up just like all the others have been

I'm curious too. I frequented the Kaidan thread before the game came out, but after I hadn't even looked at the BSN until I heard about the mega lockdown
