Yeah, Cassandra is Nevarran, so it could be a hint that's she's a companion. It's roughly north-east of Orlais as well so perhaps that'll be our starting point?

Then other times, he just looked so awkward and out of place. LOL 




It didn't help that the mod was sort of buggy but it did make me wish that he would be a companion in a future game.

Only recently, but still haven't finished my playthrough yet. Now that Cullen's at 100% love me, I'm less motivated. [Plus, DA:O keeps crashing on my laptop every time the battles get interesting... grr...]

Yes. Thats a mod, I believe the blue is called Wings of Velvet if I remember correctly. Its available of Nexus.

I don't remember what the other is called. LOL

Yeah, sorry, I meant which town. I don't think they've mentioned it, just that her family is famous.

LOL Yeah, I kinda love the pained expression, tho. It seems very.. Cullen. It's funny, one thing I really missed while bringing Cullen with me everywhere was the banter. So, I had very pretty eye candy, but it was kinda quiet. But, agree, it just makes me want him as a companion more!

edit: But, looking at your pics makes me wish I hadn't modded him. I'm increasingly in love with Original recipe Cullen, too!

If I could choose I'd have Cassandra as a major NPC instead. She'd give us quests to complete kinda like in DA2 when we would do quests for Meredith and Orsino but more often.

LOL I'm gathering that... *ducks another tomato* Oh well. I'd just like to learn more about them as an Order. Maybe it's just the lorehound in me that wants to fill in all the holes. Or maybe it's because my own interpretation of the Seekers imagines them to be more interesting than they really are! LOL I blame it all on that Seekers of Truth codex!

So, here's something captain-y I ran across with my new DA2 playthrough. When Hawke first arrives in Kirkwall, she talks to Captain Ewald, who presumably is the Captain of the Guard. But, a year later, it's Jeven. So what happened to Ewald??

Nothing wrong with liking the seekers  just like I have to duck a few tomatoes when I say that I actually like Loghain(even before reading stolen throne)  I think she would be a good NPC for the PC to interract with but I don't want her as a companion personally.  They'll probably give us a seeker as a companion option in the first place for DA3 since they seemed to be an important organization regarding the Chantry.  We have yet to see the last of Cassandra that much I'm certain.

As for Ewald, in my headcannon he was fired for taking bribes from refugees since there are many free-marchers that seem to hate fereldans.  There was also some hinted politics behind the fact that fereldan refugees weren't all that welcome in kirkwall.

What if the new protagonist is a relation of Cassandra, like a cousin or sister?

I'm kind of indifferent about Cassandra's possible inclusion of a companion. I'm very, very hard to please when it comes to female companions. I liked Isabela and Merrill, and that is the first time in just about forever that I have liked *two* female companions in a video game. I don't like it when they overshadow the protagonist, which they have a severe tendency to do. From what I've seen of Cassandra, she seems to be heading in that direction. Isabela surprised me, so I'll keep an open mind, but as of this moment, I'm not loving Cassandra. Given the close physical resemblance of the concept art and the broad hints that we're getting a Seeker, could it be anyone else?

Yeah she seems very rude and bad tempered from what we've seen of her so far, I'm half expecting her to try and take the lead all the time lol. I'm hoping she'll surprise me though.

Let's hope that she doesn't combine the worst characteristics of Isabela ("I'm hot and I know it") with the worst characteristics of Aveline ("You *will* do it my way"). There's still time, though. If she's made of fail, she could still be likable.

I think she'll be closer to Aveline in personality but more extreme and unwilling to compromise unless forced lol.
