hey btw, i wonder who the voice actors for the inquisitor are gonna be? that one inquisitor pic we saw today looked soo good, but then i thought, gosh, i hope he sounds good, too.

i know they said the voices in the..demo thing were their real voices, etc. but it sounded like they Maybe manipulated it somehow to make it less recognizable. something just seemed off to me about it.

voice is important.

I've wanted Alix Wilton Regan to be our Inquisitors since Traynor. But now I kind of want two voices per race, (a risky but potentially really worthwhile investment in my opinion), to get closer to my dream of playing a Welsh elf. Then again if we had an Irish elf, I'd be one sad cat.

Good thing I decided to be practical and go to the laundromat!  I realize some people put their clothes in and leave them, but I'm not trusting enough to do that and I don't want to have to shell out to replace them if they got taken, so I always stay with them.  But no matter, because I didn't miss anything.
Now I join the wait for the nug picture promised surprise!

Edit : still reading up but it looks to me like the Maker symbol is just the sun and then the Seekers took that and slapped an eye on it to make it their own.

Ah, thanks. But do you know where the nerdfitti artists got it? I believe they draw their own symbols 'inspired' by the game art. Is there a source that confirms it's the Maker symbol?

I think I might have just answered my own question... and I think the nerdfitti dudes/dudettes might be wrong about the Maker... This is the symbol from the Cassandra's book and also seems to be the early concept art version of the Seeker logo. It's this logo in this particular concept art (the first one with the standard) that one of the artists discusses in the Dawn of the Seeker 'making of' video, where he calls her queen of vampires and says how the logo is the Chantry sun plus the eye for "seeking." It looks to me like perhaps they later evolved Cass's logo into the 'modern' one with the straighter sunbeams and simplified eye, but the one on the book remains.







All I can guess is that maybe the book asset had already  been created, so they left it as is...? 

So anyway... I'm thinking that meanie might be right, and it could be a Seeker symbol on that building. Hmm... the plot thickens... Dun dun dun...

it's amazing how attached i am to "DatHat" already. when anyone criticizes it, i feel a low growl stir in my chest. that's not good. i mean, to feel that way over an accessory. hmmm.

so, have we found any hidden clues? or, has Gaider sent us on a merry chase?

okay, but lets see. Gaider said stealthily placed clues.  Redcliffe isn't what i consider a stealthy clue. cuz he asked and its pretty straightforward. it being in orlais isn't a mystery. nor is the presence of the seekers.

what in the pics could be considered a stealthy clue? i would say the feedsacks that some have said have the kirkwall symbol on it. kinda reminds me of bodhan's wares set up.

he and sandal are in orlais, but then there's that high backed chair which means some one of import was probably there before...whatever happened. a party? a battle? looks like a battle to me, or a quick getaway cuz nobody is there anymore.

looks like they were right in the middle of dinner.

one of the pics has a familiar vibe. the dungeony one. it reminds me of the dungeon of redcliffe.

then you have the forest w/the staues, but i can't find anything in there.

you have that one w/the inquisitor in the hall w/ what appears to be giant...mabari statue in the background? Ferelden, or Tevinter? Or, maybe Tevinter doesn't love mabari as much as Ferelden seeing as how they bailed on the tevinter for the ferelden's. Lmao! smart dogs.

I have yet to see anyone hate the hat. Where have you been hanging out?  

I love that hat.I know either my mage or rogue will be wearing it. So posh. XD

I really love the pictures! If the game is looking like that I'd be in love with it, big time. Haven't found any secret thingies though, but I admit that I am bad at that.

And if they dare to come up with a vow of chastity for Cullen my inquisitor is going to flip the whole room, not just a table XD

Watching the fans engage in speculation is at times amusing, and at other times frustrating. Personally, I’d much rather we get to the point where all is revealed… not too much, of course, as I’d prefer spoilers not be available even for those who can’t help but gorge themselves on them. But I’d much rather fans speculate based on things that actually exist than on half-glimpsed possibilities. That’s up to the Marketing department, however, and also needs the game to be at a point where it’s ready to show. Trust me, it’s not easy for the developers to wait, either.

Insofar as the last batch of screenshots that went on the BioWare blog, I certainly didn’t mean to imply people should pore over them for hidden things. What’s there is in plain sight—they’re just from parts of the game we’ve not officially shown before. Hence the sneaky.

Unless I was referring to what apparently looks like a plate of tacos on the Orlesian table. Antivan delicacy, maybe? You tell me.

Is it weird that when I look at the new concept art GI put up of the Inquisitor standing inside that bedroom/chantry/whatever it is, I can almost tell what the place would smell like, if it were a real place just because it looks so realistic?
