I cringe a lil everytime I log in to the BSN and see the top thread in DAI forum as the, "What is Your solution to mage/templar war". Just cuz that means there's no news, or anything else to talk abt.

Same. I only peeked inside that thread once, just to see what was going on, and I instantly regretted it. Those kinds of threads always turn into the typical "mages should be free because they're innocent and I like them" and "mages should be locked up because they're vermin and I hate them" type of arguments. It's all mostly opinions being thrown around as fact. I wish more people would use logic in their arguments

Okay, admittedly, some of those people have the right idea, but I won't delve into that here.

I hope that once Bioware releases the dev diary people will eventually calm down so we can all squee together at the massive amount of DAI info we're getting.

The dev diaries being an estimated month or so out really deflates me. It seems such a long time w/out any DAI goodness to chew on.

Boy, do I hear you on the mages/templars thing. It's been argued to death. I'm sick of hearing about it.

Here's what I think about when I think about DAI:

Cullen. Is he going to be a companion and a LI?

Varric! So glad to see you back. Please be an LI. You know my dwarf needs love. From another dwarf. (Sorry, whenever I picture Varric as a real life person, Mike Dopud's face always pop into my head. And I think he's hot. Here's a picture for reference):

Elves. I see a revolution taking place with them. I see the Dalish and alienage elves working together to stamp their proper place in the world. At least I hope so, that would be interesting. I think Elf McSmuggins is probably in on that.

Iron Bull. I think he's going to be unlike any Qunari that we've ever met.

Sera. She looks like fun!

Old Grey Warden guy. He seems like an interesting character. Can't wait to meet him in the game.

I want to make my Inquisitor and go on adventures.

All the new places we get to visit, and the new creatures and people we will meet.

I can't wait.

I mean, Aveline is probably fine since she had her head screwed on, she was tough as nails and she's got Donnic with her who, although not as skilled as Aveline, can still hold his own and is decent enough with a sword. Out of the love interests Isabela is probably safest since she's a wiley one. Anders, Fenris and Merrill on the other hand, they could be in all sorts of trouble!

A lot of times, what the images portray in videos has nothing to do with the songs. It's like Imagine Dragons' Radioactive video. Pit -fighting stuffed animals have nothing to do with the song. Or for the band to be trapped in Lou Diamond Phillips' basement, lol

I hope so! Like, if your Hawke was sarcastic/funny in DA2 and in DAI your Inquisitor cracks a joke at an inappropriate time perhaps Varric would mention that you're just as bad as Hawke or something, LOL.

Gosh, i would love to see/have Sigrun and Cullen in my party. Together. I could imagine something along the lines of a Kathy Griffon..Griffith? and Anderson Cooper on CNN New Year's Eve special type of vibe.

Though, maybe not quite that over the top, but I think their interaction could be great...
