I tend to have dreams about the CC more than anything else. I did have one dream about starting up the game and it opening with my character as a stable hand, though, and Cullen pulling them aside and protecting their unarmed arse (as well as others) when things started going to hell. That was before I knew about the veil tear and sole survivor thing, though. Apparently my protag is less than heroic whenever I dream about 'em.

I never actually dream that I'm playing the game; I always imagine I'm character "within" the narrative. My dream last night was straight up response to "Coffee, Black" though. Damn that's a good fic! Clearly I need to read more awesome fics before going to bed. Cullen even gets a wee little mention lol

I often have dreams where I am creating a character, then I wake up and become very sad that I have to wait about ten months or more for the game - or less if a demo comes out with just the CC. Who knows?

Despite that, it's exciting. Can't wait to see what's in store!

Yeah, I agree. Dunno if it tells us anything at all about the followers. Maybe she wrote a lot of the qunari PC intro story or something? 

I think if she wrote Sten in Origins, she would have been responsible for a large part of Qunari lore. I think it was Jennifer Hepler who wrote the Anvil storyline, as well Oghren(?), she was therefore responsible for the dwarf lore and even jokingly called Queen of the dwarves and everything.

And the Qunlat behind it makes sense, Vashoth meaning 'Grey One' and Tal meaning 'True', so the Tal Vashoth would want to add the Tal to show how they've actively rebelled against the Qun. I love Qunlat! I wish it wasn't so clear cut, though, I may need to rethink my qunari's backstory now.

Well, we still know so little about our inquisitors backgrounds. I wouldn't set my heart on any particular backstory... it could all be for nothing when it's revealed that your inquisitor, regardless of race, was raised by wolves or something lol I wish they would at least tell us what kind of elf we'll be (Dalish, city, etc.). It seems their tongues are looser when it comes to the qunari (we know we won't be Qunari with a capital Q at least).

Random Angry Thought: My gif that has the b-word in it is removed, but when I report someone who talks about killing a certain ethnic group, hours later, nothing has happened. Really?

I have four names that I'm juggling, and my inspirational pics that I posted here awhile ago  I'm resisting the urge to carve out a personality for varoius characters because hell we don't even know if we'll HAVE a personality! But...

I will say this: expect footage, etc. to pile up closer to release. New engine is gorgeous, but we've had to rebuild gameplay from ground up
