I decided to search term the combination of: hairy valentine.

There were a whole lot of shaved chests. And backs. In the shape of hearts.

More than a few tied bows, too. In.. places. Only with safe search off, though.

It'll be hard to pinpoint what they're talking about. Too many differing opinions on things. Wonder what's so common a belief that they consider it worthy of joking about..

I don't know. Personally I don't feel like I have strong headcanons going into this game about much besides Cullen, but other people probably do.

Maybe about Varric's character and motives? Or about the Inquisition itself even?

Same. The only thing I wouldn't like is if they'd purposely come up with an alternative plot/idea/story that made little to no sense, or was completely out of character just to stick two fingers up at fans "headcanons".

... Oh gawd, just a though, what if it's Alistair/LI or protagonist related, like "haha, your Warden isn't with *insert LI* anymore, shove that one up your arse!" or "HAHA, now your Hawke is dead!" <_<

I do also wonder if it was Cullen related, just because DG has mentioned a few times about the Cullen fan's "head canons" and how we'd be the first to kick off if he behaved differently to how we'd expect, or if his back story wasn't how we imagined etc.

At risk of being a hypocrite, that would really annoy me. Reason being, I'm firmly in the camp of "You can do whatever you want to with your own characters." That means I'm extremely accepting of official characters being written any way the developers see fit... but at the same time I consider the Warden and Hawke my characters, because I put effort and thought into developing them. Twists in their stories are fun, but if the developers completely threw everything I put into them out the window it would make me less excited about investing in another character in the franchise in the future, because my decisions would seem pointless.

Agreed.

I mean, I'm fine with them doing stuff to previous companions once the game is over (even if it does mean that they split with my protagonist) because those are their characters, but I'm not keen on the whole "once you finish the game your protagonist becomes ours again" that DG has often stated. I'd prefer them to just leave them be once the game is over.

And I secretely hope your head-canon will turn out to be canon eventually...If they pull an Aveline on us with Cullen I might be "slightly upset" (which actually means "flipping tables upset".):innocent: lol jk , the tables in my home are too heavy for me to flip anyways...

LOL What's funny is that Lola and I collaborated on a story once that was sort of  like that. Jeez, we really *have* covered it all.

So I'm not sure, but I'd figure I'd ask.

Does the realm of dragon age have holidays? Well I'm sure they do, but it would be cool to know what they are. And I'm sure everyone has their own. Like Ferelden ones would be different from Starkhaven and so on.
