It's not about having the same skin color though; it's about showing your love for the character. That said, blond wig = Zevran?

EDIT: Also, genderbent Isabela would be rad as well.

Ha! I was just about to suggest that! I'm sure there's a fun name for male Isabela, but I can't remember it for the life of me...

Oh and Danny, there's no need to white up and prance around if you want to be a qunari. Just be a qunari with Sten's skintone. Or Sten. Then again, I think he's grown a swanky beard lately. But I'm sure if you explain to your work the beard will be swanky that they'll understand.

Honestly I just wanted an excuse to paint my entire body white lol. Salit from MotA inspired me to go crazy, but alas I want to do the characters real justice and so must do more crunches

What about Male Hawke?  He's pretty beardy right? Honestly I think your qunari idea is very cool... but crunches suuuucckk lol! It's cool that you and others want to cosplay- it's something I'd be really shy about for whatever reason.  I guess I'd go as one of the blonde guys if I ever did try it so I wouldn't have to dye my hair lol! See that's the other issue I'm so lazy! (And my clients would be weirded out if I suddenly showed up with a new hair color lol)   

How long do you have before you have to decide?

The only Dragon Age character I'd cosplay as would be my Warden, Hawke, or Inquisitor. The armour designs for DAI are so delicious though...I kinda want to try my hand at making something. I have a Sith Lord cosplay in the making too. >

The only character from anything I thought about cosplaying as was Link from LoZ series.

But then I read online that a lot of con people get ****y when they see a female cosplay him so I decided not to. 



I've never been to a con anyway. I feel like I'd feel right at home yet so out of place at the same time. I think I'd be too embarassed to cosplay.

I think I'd cosplay occasionally if I knew I could create an accurate looking outfit. Thing is, I can't sew or craft anything worth a sh!t, I once sewed my hand to a pillow whilst using a sewing machine at school.

About cosplaying: I'm not a cosplayer myself. I've been to a con (anime con) some years ago, and I saw a lot of cosplay there. I did not have the urge to dress up as my favorite character (mostly because I would feel akward but that's my own issue), but I can imagine other people would do that. It could be a lot of fun.

I think a lot of people appreciate the kits Bioware made, and we'll see a lot of DA cosplay in the future. And Bioware really wants to take that direction with Dragon age characters don't they? In DAO the characterdesign was quite generic (Morrigan excluded). In DA2 you see more thought of characterdesign (it reflects the personality of the character). And now they are going all out lol It's certainly a good direction! I like it!

Now... about those diaries? WHEEEENNNNN can we have the first glimpse... I'm so conflicted lol: the adult in me says to play it cool, be patient... they show it when it's ready, but the inner child screams!!! I want it, I want it NOW!
