In other news... anyone else annoyed that when you quote you only get the last comment? I understand them not wanting the huge, fifteen-post-long quote trees, but only having one loses quite a bit of context. Hmm.

I would guess that's where multiquote comes in handy.

And our love can save him from insanity, right? RIGHT?!?!?!

LOL I don't quite subscribe to the 'love can save him' scenario (since I feel like I have to add disclaimers still...), but heck, I'd still try it and take one for the team. ;)   I'm giving that way.

If I could work out how the bloody thing works.

That's what I've started doing... but it's annoying, because you have to go search back for the previous post to quote them both instead of just clicking one button. So, I'm afraid I wouldn't call it "handy." I'd call it "MacGuyver," fixable by extreme convolution.

Isn't? It would be far better than what they're doing right now. There are plently of characters in the lore they could use.

You can kind of recreating a quote pyramid (as I did) with the multiquote, but it's not exactly the same as before, and it requires backtracking.
The major problem is that creating a quote is more complicated than on BSN.

What you do is click on the "Multiquote button" under each person that you want to quote and then hit the Reply to quoted posts.

It'll have to be the murder knife, I'm afraid. I think the chances are that once you're on the red stuff you're screwed. I'd have to be cruel to be kind and put him out of his misery... I think that's what he'd want.

Indeed, and then they wouldn't have to worry about being AU or spoiling DA:I, etcetcetc by including, say, Empress Celene, or one of the Pentaghast royalty.

Of course... this also reflects how VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH I would have loved to have seen, heh, Andraste! ;) Pointy crown, and all.  :D

Yeah, in my scenario Andrate would be a must :).

Yeah, like I said above, this is far from optimal, tho. MacGuyver solution is MacGuyver.

BUT! I did just discover that the little talk bubble button on the right side of a quote gives you the link to the original. Tiny bit less MacGuyver.

*sigh* Could be, altho I'd like to think there could still be a workable solution that didn't involve death. We just don't know. It would be nice to hear a bit more about lyrium recovery from the Powers That Be. Of the cases  we've seen so far, I don't think we've seen anyone completely escape their addiction to the blue (see: Samson). Red could very well be worse, particularly since it seems to affect anyone, not just those with magical ability/sensitivity/whatever.

I have to agree with Lola. In that case, I'm 99% sure I'd be pro-murder knife. For mercy's sake if nothing else.

Me too. If Cullen became something he hated, I'd end it for him. Poor sod...

I will definitely use the murder knife option if he's a red templar, wouldn't like to see Cullen going insane for real this time...Let's hope that the Meredith incident was scary enough for him, to keep him from the stuff...

I hope he doesn't get the Morinth treatment in DAI. Just a random Red Templar Behemoth called Cullen.

Agreed. I mean, if they absolutely must do it then I wanna see it in all it's gory heartbreaking detail. Hell, if I'm gonna have to witness it then why not go all out!
