I think Cullen should be in DA3 because we want to learn more about what he thinks being a templar is about.

Woot, you finally hit Page 300.
I was going to post a little while ago, but i figured it'd be rude if i took the first Page 300 post from a Fan.
I can't remember what it was that I was going to post, of course, that would be far too simple. So i'll just say "Congrats on 300", and I will possibly return in the near future when I can remember the pressing matter that was bothering me before this Landmark Victory for the Cullen Thread ensued.

Thanks R2s Muse !!!
I will play around with that later. I think I can have some fun with that.

Wouldn't actually surprise me if a select few within the Chantry (like Justinia) had this knowledge and actually wanted to do something productive with it -- like reverse the cycle of mage abuse.R2s Muse wrote...

I totally support the theory that Andraste was a mage, probably a Spirit healer. It would explain why her ashes have such miraculous healing powers. In fact, I think one book that was a gift for Wynne was about this, and it had been saved from being burned.
Yeah, this theory is one of my faves. It would be so great for them to use it to "reset" the mage-templar conflict in DA3. Talk about shaking the foundations of the religion! LOL

Even with all of the theoretical evidence others have gathered that point to Andraste's being a mage, I actually wasn't impressed until someone pointed out all of these:

Exactly, why else would her ashes have healing powers!

Oh yeah, the flame is coming out of her hand, which totally means she was a mage! It couldn't be because she was sentenced to death by fire and was purified by the flames, which in turn became a symbol of her church!
That's sort of like saying that Jesus is depicted as being nailed to the cross because he was a carpenter.
