Okay, wouldn't it be hilarious if Cullen is actually the Red Templar leader? I know we've speculated on this before, but I'm remembering the look on his face after Meredith died, and I can just imagine him taking the red lyrium for safe keeping, so no one else would be affected by it, and then he becomes affected by it!

Another thing I just noticed. That dwarf paragon statue is outside. Not in the deep roads. It's next to a river/lake/ocean.

Perhaps it marks an entrance to the Deep Roads, or perhaps Kal Sharok.

Also, the interior I was talking about can be seen very well at 1:10 on the video. The banners that are hanging are also very interesting. I swear that's red lyrium on the table, and in the back of the room, but maybe it's a place that the Red Templars attacked.

Agree. It totally looks like redlyrium on the table (good catch!), but no templar symbols.  Agree that dragony symbols could be Tevinter. Or whoever Big Bad is.
