NO idea. I was just looking at that. It's almost like... a frozen wave of red lyrium? Man... this one shot may keep us speculating for at least... hours! LOL

Perhaps, like normal lyrium, veins of the red variety can pop up naturally. I mean, we did see more within the Primordial Thaig, so it's possible.

Perhaps, like normal lyrium, veins of the red variety can pop up naturally. I mean, we did see more within the Primordial Thaig, so it's possible.

Yeah, but I wouldn't expect it to "naturally" pop up inside someone's castle, you know? Unless the castle is, I dunno, specifically built on top of a fissure to the Deep Roads, like the Abyssal Rift? Which is kind of what it looks like.  Could we be seeing the inside of Adamant?

I don't think we know that that's the same place, tho. 

To me it looked like that one screenshot with the overturned tables. So I'm guessing it's not the inside of the Red Templar fortress.

Could be. Altho the figure seems to be holding up that lamp fixture. Someone red-lyriumed the lamplighter! Those b*stards! LOL

I don't think so. The statue definitely looks a different colour to the red lyrium. My guess is that the red lyrium has somehow crystallised around an existing statue.

I like the accent, even though I was holding out for a Scottish one. No clue what it is, but I like that it's different.

I admit to being a little disappointed with the shot around 1:11. I prefer to see more respectful camera angles for our romances.
