That's what I'm hoping! Anyway, I voiced my concern in the stickied thread the devs are all reading, so I think that's all I can do! I was initially pretty down-trodden, but I'm bouncing back again. Yet now I feel like I'm in even more of a state of flux with my inquisitor. Is he going to have to be older than I wanted? Or will there be an additional VA? Or is this VA able to do different personalities, like you suggested? We'll see!

There's no denying that his VO could easily pass as any of the playable races, which might be why they picked him?

Er, I'd have to disagree He doesn't sound very elfish to me at all. I can't in living memory think of an elf character in a movie or game that had that deep a voice.

Fenris had a super deep voice, but it worked for him!

If he indeed voices the Dalish elfquisitor as well,I'm curious If he can full off a Welsh/irish accent...I like deep "manly" voices though.

Edit - Nevermind, I see you've already explained.  That walkway would fit the brief for Starkhaven.

Well this was a fantastic thing to drink my wake-up coffee to.

 

Also, I breathed a sigh of relief when "Fall 2014" showed up. Was semi-worried they'd slip in a later date again.

 

Another also. I'm not personally bothered by Mr. Bald Elf's appearance. He doesn't look as nice as McSmug with the ponytail, but he doesn't look like the Nosferatu picture, either (remember all those pictures showing us things, like armor rusting, the Qunari paint/tattoos, etc.? There was a pretty detailed bald elf amongst them in similar coloured clothing from this trailer. I didn't think the face was half bad). Can't wait to see what personality they've saddled him with!

 

And I also thought the VA sounded like Nathaniel.

 

Hopefully the next "big reveal" shows some fem-Inq.

The Cullen of my imagination would probably revisit Kirkwall with feelings of great sadness.  You know that the Circle failed there.  Actually now you bring it up, I think that could be a really interesting trip for the Inquisitor/player to take.  We'd get Varric's take on the whole Hawke/Kirkwall thing as well as potentially Ironbull's on the Qunari attack, Cullen's (I hope) on the Templars and Cassandra on the Chantry reaction.  A really organic way to broach a lot of DA history.  I like the idea a lot.
