Sten was trolling Morrigan. He got tired of explaining that Qunari really only have sex for procreation. They do have romantic relaitonships, but since sex involves offspring and the priests decide on the mating pairs, there's a disconnect between sex and love.

As for what non-Qunari kossith do...

What would be amusing is Cullen eavesdropping and picking up "tips" that turn out to be exaggerated bragging so that once your PC and he get together and he tries out some of his 'moves' they'd be all "What the hell is THAT you're doing???". lol

Man, there's been literally no hints or anything from the DA team about DA3, not even any subtle tweets! Maybe they've gone into lock down? Apparently one of the writers Tonia Laird said in the twitter thread that the reason no more concept art has been released is because even that tells a story.

... I thought they were planning on being more transparent and share stuff with us this time round?
