Oh god. I hadn't thought of that. Actually... if he is a LI, I will go rogue. Why, because I'm afraid he won't romance a mage. And I don't want my first playthrough to be a failed attempt at romance, resulting in a Forever Alone quizzy.

I honestly haven't really thought abt my character. I usu start with vanilla me character before I know the best kind of char for me. So usu human fem warrior. It usu takes less finesse while I'm learning the game. (And I'm not a finesse kind of a gamer. :/)

It's mostly because I can bash things, but lots of button mashing is beyond me. LOL

I'm a wimp which is why I like playing archer. Just stand back from the fray and mash buttons and watch them fall

I was going to use the fella I found last night that we all loved, but I think it's his body we like  His face, well, I think the artist could use some work on faces. It didn't make a good avatar.

 

Maybe I should go for a crotch shot avatar next time...

Well to be fair, she's pretty masculine. And awesome. She and Vanille are one of my biggest OTPs, (Zutara excluded of course)

No idea for my actual character, but a weapon is totally gonna be called Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker. 

It's probably been a year since I played, but I still caught the reference and groaned and

I'm very fine with that comparison then since I prefer gender fluid/neutral characters for my PC

By the way, everyone, I am going to have  "self-insert" playthrough for the first time ever! That will be my third playthrough, female dwarven rogue. I guess her name will be Artemis Cadash....

I can't believe people are actually having long drawn out arguments over who is better/right, Dalish or city elves. It's like the mages versus templars fight all over again.

 

I don't even understand taking sides in a narrative; it's a story, and I will likely play lots of different characters on both sides. 

 

Guess that's the writer in me????

In the latest Cullen thread, someone mentioned him being a DLC character "like Sebastian."

 

What if he's celibate like Sebastian?! :-O

I know they just have to make a big deal of everything,without even playing the game!Besides it's not like a dalish elf will be treated differently than a city elf in human cities.Even Merrill says so.
