I'm really curious as to how the inquisitor would meet Cullen. Depending on if he's still with the order and all. Maybe the fade tear interests the "good/non-crazy" templars and he's their chosen Inquisition middle man.

I still wonder if there was any truth to that red fist/gold keys/purple crows "leak". Aside from the ridiculous names, according to the "leak" the red fists are military based so I could see Cullen being the leader of that.

I keep thinking about that rumor too. But honestly, I don't think Cassandra would let anyone be higher in military command than her... other than our inquistor.

I think it depends on how/why the group(s) were formed. It could be that they're sub-factions formed/assigned by the Divine, or maybe the leader of each created their groups as a means to deal with whatever their major issue is.

I don't think, however, that the red fists leader (be it Cullen or whoever) would be of a higher rank than Cassandra. The impression I got is that the leader is knowledgeable in that particular area and works with a military approach, for example: Cullen has been part of the Templars most of his life, so he's used to taking a militant approach, whereas someone like Leliana (rumoured to be the leader of the purple crows) is good with espionage being a bard 'n' everything, so her group deals with that side of things.

... If that makes sense?

LOL, if Cullen's the leader then you can bet your arse it will be! I like that, though. That's one of the reasons why I like BioWare games because it brings a bunch of misfits together on a grand adventure.

I'm not even gonna lie, every time I see 'Red Fist' my mind tries to twist it into something dirty. I'm not even sure why...

That reminds me of when I first played the first Ace Attorney game and was on the last trial, the one before the 'secret' one you unlock once you've finished the game, and the first time the old prosecutor dude spoke startled the HELL out of me. His voice was so much deeper than I was ready for and to suddenly have that scream "OBJECTION!" at me...

Oh you play Ace Attorney? That's good because now I feel like I can get this off my chest without feeling like a total weirdo.

Whenever I see your avatar, I think it's Daryan Crescend with his massive phallus hair.

the male voice I dont really mind that much, its the female voice that Im particularity curious about (as Im gonna be playing as a female)

I'm not that worried to be honest. I don't think women's voices age as quickly, at least not in my experience, so I think we'll have a fairly ageless voice. Plus I think the voice acting people just bum over super masculine voices for male protagonists so you know,.

@Potato Cat: the conversation is already finished, but I want to say that Anya was my favourite character of the show, with Spike :).
As for the male VA, I like it, and even if I'd prefer different VA, it seems to fit all races.

I just hope it won't be a voice that grates on my nerves. I couldn't gel with lady Hawke because her voice sounds too much like the posh/fake telephone voice I put on when dealing with toffs, lol.

Yay! Spike was my second favourite, I always wanted them together, it's just sad it was just a one night stand.

Pffft!

I've said before, but it's Oowada Mondo, from Dangan Ronpa! It's a investigative/trial based visual novel a bit like Ace Attorney but with a more psychological horror theme...  :wizard:

And the pompadour is totally cool, okay?

I like Lady Hawke's voice, especially as the female Imperial Agent in SW:TOR, but she did sound completely different to the rest of her family and that's what made it so weird to me. It was like she was adopted as a teenager. Male Hawke sounded like he came from the same region as his siblings, at least. He did to my untrained-only-partially-British-ears, anyway.

I do think she got better as you progressed and left Lothering. It may just be me getting used to it though. But she was absolutely perfect as the IA. I loved that storyline so much.

I just hope that we get to have some fun with our new Inquisitors, I know the situation is supposed to be dire in Thedas etc, but I don't want my character to be a stick in the mud with her/his dialogue all the time. I also hope that there are enough light hearted moments to break up the constant drama, lol.

Agreed. I'd like scenes like the tavern concept art.

Well, my inquisitor is young in this AU, like 20-ish. The grizzled 40-something inquisitor won't really work for this story. If I continue, I'll truly be writing an OC, and I don't want to do that, not really.

I may be able to work on something new, so long as I keep it short! Which is not exactly easy for me :P

Aw, don't let that stop you! Even if you wrote a grizzled 40-something, it's technically OC since we know absolutely nothing. Anything Inquisitor based is pure conjecture at this point. Don't get discouraged!

(edit: but I see  now that I'm caught up you have a new idea, so NVM, and  yay!!)

Oh come on... the movie was camp! And Peewee Herman's death scene was precious!

LOL That I will agree on! Honestly, I also love the movie, for what it was. It's just not BTVS to me, you know?

You guys remind me that I'm kinda glad I know nothing about British accents and the underlayers of regionality or anything. Heh, even a fake British accent works for me. #uglyamerican

I cannot WAIT to see what's going on in that scene. Just chillin' with my peeps at the tavern would be awesome.

I kinda wish/hope that the female voice sounds kind of like Cass or Aveline, or maybe Isabella perhaps, as long as it dosnt sound like my deep voice im good with it:P
