Details later, though it's safe to assume at least "Grey" is in the mix.

 

The Unofficial wiki "Dragon Age" will mention the color gold. Is it a fake? Or get this in a book?

 

Likely mentioned in World of Thedas or codex, but I would have to look to be certain what they're referencing.

I had a thought about the War Room concept art (http://img3.wikia.no...oom_concept.jpg).
Some people think that the man at the left of moustache guy couldn't be Cullen because he's not wearing the templar armour or the Templar insignia. But Cassandra isn't wearing Seeker armour or insignia either. That doesn't mean that the guy is surely Cullen, but artist might've wanted to draw the characters without specific symbols or armours.

My thoughts on that picture and that fella, in particular, are pretty simple. I'm pretty sure that dude's facial expression is done with Greg Ellis' voice. I'm just sayin'.

The war room concept should be really old for that man to be the bearded Warden, since Bioware shown a bearded Warden (alone with Cassandra) in a April 2012 PAX customization panel.

After my first (ok, my first couple) play through(s) of DA:O I could not understand what the big deal was with Cullen. Then I finally started a mage character... Heart melted instantly. This thread has lead to many... oh so many days of squeeing. Thanks for all my Cullen goodies and news!

Yeah, I don't really see that guy as being Beardy Warden - I just don't see any major similarity to him that would lead to the conclusion. I could actually more easily see it being a character we haven't heard about yet, if it's not Cullen. (And of course even if it is Cullen, didn't the devs already say that not everyone in that picture is a companion? We already know Cullen is in the game in some capacity, so even knowing he was in the picture wouldn't tell us much.)

I agree it looks too much like Cullen to not be him. What I find interesting about this picture, though, is the places that are marked on the map. One is a point somewhat southeast of Kinloch Hold. The other is northwest of Val Royeaux. And the sword is in the Waking Sea mid-way between Ferelden and the Free Marches, just east of Highever. Hmmm...
