If there are indeed a total of 2 voice actors for each gender, I would imagine it would be split up by race
1 Elf/Human
1 Dwarf/Qunari
Apparently you can choose in CC.
Also I'd disagree with this, even if the above weren't true, because the voice we heard in the demo is most likely a human inquisitor (since that is their default). It sounds more appropriate for a typical dwarf or qunari than an elf.
OK, so you know what I like about Solas's design. He looks like he's wearing an actual backpack for once. Not carrying around 200lbs of gear and loot in thin air.
It also looks like he's either packing gun holsters:
...and/or a water bottle.
I'm now going to think of him as the most practical member of the crew.

Well, Cullen is almost certainly in the game. I don't think the article directly stated he was a companion, and if it did, it's an understandable mix-up between companion and helpful non-party NPC.
