Huh, I didn't think those Alistair pics were that saucy, were they? Ironically, what makes me most nervous is that a dev would have come around here. They never do that.

It actually stated that a readhead and a KC might be in DAI. They never stated Biwoare will release info about them soon.

Do you guys remember the August GameInformer report? How they teased us with info on a certain fan favorite knight-captain?

 

What do you guys think? Did they really see something and intend to report on it but were told not to? Or did they just randomly throw his name out like that without knowing nothing?

 

It's a thought that just occurred to me.

 

Why tease readers with that if they never had anything to begin with.

My thought on this is that the Game Informer articles were probably pretty closely monitored about what could and could not be said, since it was the exclusive scoop. So, I personally think that was deliberate on the part of the author and probably the devs to tease the fans that he shows up somewhere in the game. And, it's not a stretch, since we basically already know GE has been recording Cullen lines, right?

That was what I meant. It looks similar (though smaller) to wha Cassandra has.

And, not NEEEARLY as practical as an actual backpack. That's enough room for like lipstick and a wallet.

Well now that we know Iron Bull is a companion, that leaves him out of the slot for possibly being the NPC leader of that military faction that some people speculated. If Cullen isn't a companion, I'm guessing that'll be his role.

Like I said above, I think it's a totally deliberate mention. It's possible that the interviewer saw Cullen in the War Room and jumped to conclusions. It does use cagey words like "could be posed for a come back."  They've gotten small details wrong in the GI stuff... but I would expect that BW was pretty specific about which characters the interview was allowed to mention. Anyhoo, that's my thought.

Possibly, but I think they might got more direct confirmations and then signed a NDA on them (or other secret features).
