You really ought to finish your fic. Who gives a flying f*ck if he's in the game or not (figuratively). It doesn't make your fic any less valid or good. So keep on writing.

Hmmm, I might write my own short fic come Summer. I would let Vivienne dress my male Inquisitor at a masquerade ball, so that he'd look absolutely stunning. Maybe dance with a masked Cullen. And while we dance, Varric and maybe Sera are searching the rest of the castle for some big state secret or something while the rest of the companions and Inquisitor entertain the people below.

If we get a masked ball... those are the perfect places to turn into bloodbaths, in my opinion, if you have enemies (especially demons or other monstrous beings) behind the masks.

The companions this time seem as varied and interesting as in DA Origins, with a lot more options to choose from, for fighting styles, background and love interests. I'm really optimistic about Inquisition. The team is going in the right direction.
However, what's troubling me is Solas's outfit. Btw, a lot of people on the thread also noticed it and have already pointed this out.
Someone suggested the elf would escape from prison -or be set free, doesn't matter which-, which justifies his inappropriate clothes. I mean, he's literally wearing no pants, just a pair of tight pyjamas (WTF).
According to Bioware, we can change our companions's outfits. I truly hope we can do this, because his appearance is VERY awkward as it is. So far, everything about the game seems to surpass our expectations. But when I saw those clothes, it immediately made me feel concerned. Please, either change them or create a coeherent background to justify his strange attire. This is just feedback from a concerned fan, that's all.

I certainly wouldn't mind a mission that involves maybe a demonic entity masquerading as a party goer, and you have to figure out who it is before the blood bath starts.
