Nice vid Lola! And I hope we'll get more confirmation soon, as the speculation train is now seriously going offtrack, lol. (and I am still in the 'Iron Bull is an important NPC, but not a full-fletched companion'-camp... I think he is too independent to be a follower, and he is leading a gang himself apparently? So yeah... I think he is more of an agent... but we'll see... could be because I want to keep a spot free for Cullen though ).

 

Regarding how to pronounce Solas... I tend to do it the same way as 'Solace', seeing the apparent typo the German magazine made.

And been making a tiny bit of progress for my outfit: I've dyed the fabric for the sash yesterday. I still have no idea how to do the collar for the dress though, since it is supposed to be standing upright, but not being a turtleneck as far as I can see... *sigh*. No problem, I knew I'd read it somewhere the moment I read Gaider's clarification so I looked through the book to find it. I wonder if it was intentional. And at Solas' connection to the Dalish, considering his distinct lack of tattoos but his Elvish name.

There was a good speculation of him being dalish but kidnapped when be was young and sent to Tevinter. It could for his elven name, lack of tattoo and what it seems like a Tevinter symbol in his chest, and he woudn't be from Tevinter and a magister like Dorian (Gaider stated Solas was never meant to be Dorian).

Someone speculated he's a spirit medium. I guess that when they'll do the reveal we'll know a lot about him.

My first Inquisitor will fairly neutral on the mage-templar issue, so I doubt I'll have problems, though it'd depend on how much extremist he'd get.

Replace as a member of the party, possibly. There were rumours of one companion from the leak being scrapped.
Gaider stated that Solas was always meant to be different character form Dorian, so I think they wrote both of them, and then possibly scrapped Dorian.
