Annnddd, I would think he'd be holding, or carrying sum kinda weapon. That's what actually threw me off in the beginning. I was like, "where are his weapons? Where's his shield? Why is just standing there w/no weapon anywhere like an idiot?
Of course, just cuz it may not be GW, doesn't mean it's Cullen....buuuut...
Sebastian would overlap with Cassandra though. It's the same reason I don't think Leliana would be in. Plus, it'd be the third rogue portrayed as an archer.

Personally, I think Cass and Cullen are much closer than Seb and Cass would be.

Yeah, I love Sebastian, he's totally my canon romance and stuff, but I don't see him as a companion at all unfortunately. Unless he's the second DLC companion or something. But I want Maevaris for that spot.
Yeah...not a big fan of the guy who threatened to burn Kirkwall to the ground, but Maevaris, that's certainly an interesting choice for DLC companion. Never would have thought of her. I think she's highly unlikely, but that'd be awesome.

Hmm, I dunno. I think the dude in the front is probably the Inquisitor, complete with usual Inquisitor-ish silhouette and flappy bits. I figure, it's badass concept art. I don't think I'd put our hero at the back.
