Are you sure about this? Apparently a bunch of people were arguing/speculating/b!tching about this for pages and pages, and DG had to come in and say that the article got some stuff wrong/some stuff was mistranslated and to not read into things.

Cullen could very well be in Val Royeaux, helping out the Divine along with all the other Templars and Seeker still loyal to the Divine. I could very easily see him being Cassandra's Templar counterpart.

Dragons have several hit locations, with the head and neck being the most vulnerable. The fight seems to be really tactical, you need to hit his front and back legs, so it falls down and exposes its neck

However, Crestwood was freaking enormous from what we saw, and I could have sworn the devs said it was one of the smaller ones.

There are a couple(I mean over a hundred)theories about what Cullen's been up to since DA2,This one sounds the most plausible to me.Unless the writer's surprise us with something completely unexpected,which is also highly plausible.
