Inquisition wont have the traditional save import, it'll all go over Dragon Keep. Apparently you're supposed to be able to play certain events from DA;O and DA;2 online and then transfer them to DA;I

It's supposed to be Darth Vader pulling out a lightsaber katana....
Well, that's cool, too ![]()

Gasp, so imports will work! THAT'S how they'll get our Hawke and Warden!

That's pretty cool. I got the Templar charm (or whatever it is supposed to be) from the BioWare store and it's been hanging on my key chain ever since =)
Oh, that's a good idea! I looked at that one but it seemed unwieldy-big for a necklace. I never thought of using it as a keychain!
Tell us if anybody recognises it! ^^ I've tried similar stunts in the past but nobody ever notices anything. Only DA-related piece of clothing anybody ever reacted to was my "I dragon Alistair"-shirt.
I will! I highly doubt anyone will recognize it, but I'll know it's there and that makes me happy.
I really wanted to wear it today but it was a workday and necklaces are out of dress code for us. I'm seriously considering wearing it tomorrow even though the only places I'll be going are the animal shelter for volunteering, the gym, and possibly the laundromat.
Why not wear a templar necklace to absurd places if you have a templar necklace to wear, am I right?
So what is the average age here in this thread?
.. there is a piece of Cullen in the making, kind of erotic (still classy;), but don't want to... euh shock/offend anyone...
I'm 30. And very, very difficult to offend or shock.
Okay, last question, and then I will stop going off topic, kinda... Chest or Ass? lol
Of the two, chest, but I must be honest that my true weakness is a nice pair of legs. ![]()
I understood that he meant that we didn't know the character yet (he used it for not saying him/her. Unless it's Cole and he gave is an hint
).
I actually took it differently. Gaider said we don't know it yet - i.e. what we don't know appears to me to be a fact rather than a person. I thought he just meant we don't know there is another character who would fit the scene, but it could be someone we've already heard about, we just don't yet realize how appropriate they would be for the drawing. ![]()

Protagonist can jump, but not climb
Game supposed to have up to 40 possible endings
40 Endings? What the hell?
And jumping is pretty cool.

Archers can have their sight blocked by Ice spells, then they either have to waste time by destroying it or get around it.
If you hover your cursor over an enemy, you'll see his hitpoints/level and class
You wont be able to spam heal spells
You can dodge roll

I am of two minds about this: on one hand, yay endings that change depending on what I do; on the other hand, oh man coding all that for the next Dragon Age is going to be a bear.
But mostly I'm excited. I refuse to worry about importing the flags in DA4.

About the endings, there are 40 of them but some of them will be somewhat the same and only differ in some small aspects.

The game ends with you becoming King/Queen of Thedas. There are 40 different options to name your castle....

They did it during the PAX demo, it works just the same when you do tactical camera. Hover over the enemy, it'll give you the opponents hp bar, and maybe it's level.

Ah, waiter, there seems to more Action Game in my RPG than I remembered ordering?
But, really, I don't mind a dodge roll, and archers getting blocked by ice walls is pretty awesome. I can take a bit of Action-y type stuff, just not too much. There's a reason I can't play FPS's: I freak out and spin in a circle.

It must, since the article says the mouse/keyboard isn't implemented yet and the game was played with a controller. I guess I should have translated it as cross hair not cursor, sorry

I prefer action RPG so all this jumping and rolling has got me psyched! My greatest dream would be for Skyrim world with Dragon's Dogma fighting and Dragon Age characters and story ![]()

Yeah, that's what I figured. Still, having 40 aspects being effected is really quite awesome. ![]()

The Fade has been redesigned, no more shape shifting in there. (Nothing on shape shifting as a class)
Your Inquisition gets stronger the more areas you explore, quests that you complete or the more enemies you kill. When your Inquisition gets stronger, it opens new areas and more story sections

I can get a little (read: A LOT) stressed about reaction-based gaming. Mass Effect was about my limit, and you could pause to aim in that game. ![]()
(Oh man now I'm thinking about dodge rolling with four characters and I think my pulse just spiked. HAHAHAHA)

So that's what our gateway is! Oh man this puts my mind at ease. Another thing I get twitchy about is not completing everything I can, so this makes me feel better.

Our main base is call "skyhold".
There is a "Map room" where you send your agents to do missions, like secure trade routes, open new areas and take over abandoned holds
Solas is a Fade Expert
If you kill all wolfs in an area, it will take a while before they repopulate. Some other player might run into deer instead wolfs, in that same area
