There is also a preview on the DVD that comes with the magazine, but I don't have it since I bought it online. I'm looking if I can find it somewhere.

Soooooo we are close to 3950, and I'm about to head to bed. I'll just go ahead and give hint round 2/3 for my cullen page 4000 celebration contribution.
I'm about 1/4th of the way finished with it. Should finish it up in a couple of days. I just hope this thread doesn't skyrocket tomorrow.... which it no doubt will.
It is a work of fan-fiction
There will be Solas and Vivienne comedy
This is an inspiration for one of the scenes (and also another excuse to repost it in all its glory);

It didn't come out looking quite as impactful as I'd hoped, but there's quite a limit on what can be made from rehashed scenes, even with a face swap.

Holy crap, we really jumped up the pages over night! I better get that Cullen fan video finished today then! I've got like 3 little things left to do on it and it'll be good to go!

reblogged by D. Gaider with this tidbit that will drive us all crazy!
"HAHAHA.
Alas, there is one character missing from this scene which would make it perfect…but you guys wouldn’t know it yet. Even so, this one’s a keeper.
"
NOOOOOOOOOOOO What could this mean???? Missing Cassandra, the fourth LI!?!?
Honestly, I think he's just talking personality wise here and possibly how the characters get along or something. My guess would be Sera, just because I can imagine her getting on with Iron Bull like a house on fire. I imagine she might get along with Vivienne too, because strong independent women!
And all three of them might like driving Solas batty for various reasons.

Yeah, agreed! I think what he means is someone else who would be especially funny in the scene. I don't think LI status would have anything to do with that - it's more about their personalities and how they would fit into the scenario in the picture.
I would also agree that Sera is a good guess. She seems like she'd be a lot of fun. ![]()

About the magazine, we should all keep in mind that it seems the magazine had some errors or misunderstanding. For example, one of the journalist posted here on BSN that he didn't mean that Warden and Hawke were confirmed in DAI, but that if they'll appear they'll be NPC like Morrigan. I can definitely see, for example, that they took the import to the Keep info wrong.
The plot info, with the mages being accused by the templars is interesting. I'm not surprised by it, though it seems that mages and templars while hostile weren't necessarily fighting before the Veil tear.
I think the they means the templar that left the Chantry but that are still templars, and not RT. Don't know how this will affect Cullen.
I wish they'd release more info about the organizations in the game.

Information about game from polish shops (not confirmed):
- Only Single Player
- Release date: October 2014
Nooooooooooo! I was really hoping for MP. I bet you they are wrong! ![]()
Also, release dates are always placeholders until a company make an official anouncement. They would never tell the shops first. FYI! ^^

Dragon Age 2 had 2 endings depending on which side you took, Dragon Age 1 had 1 ending, kill the archdemon, there were just a few differing ways to achieve that (Ultimate Sacrifice for you or Alistair, Dark Ritual). And then there's the epilogue slides, detailing the various results of your in-game actions towards other things.
How are the 40 endings for this counted? 1 or 2 definite endings, but various ways to achieve the same result? Or are they gonna give us some ways to just mess -everything- up (like the options in Heavy Rain)?
If the latter, one would figure that'd get retconned because if we "lead this world to its bitter end", that doesn't seem to save room for future games.
Though I'm sure it'd still be pretty fun. I'm positive I'm going to mess something up for my first playthrough.

I think it might include various states of the Inquisition, such as a powerful economic force or it fell to pieces after the tears were sealed up sort of thing.

Sorry, I wasn't invited to the event. I would have gladly covered it all to the best of my ability, being savvy in BioWare-speak and allOh god I feel like we're trying to interpret the US constitution here
Can we please get some gaming journalists that know how to write clearly and effectively?
Jumping sounds cool. Something to do and fool around with when going on longer treks.Protagonist can jump, but not climb
Game supposed to have up to 40 possible endings
As for the endings, I'm sure these are not 40 individually different endings but rather 40 variations. To put it into perspective, the Star Ocean 2 devs boasted of the game's 81 endings, but it's really just one ending with lots of small variables to it. When you put together every possible end state, you indeed find 81 endings.
I don't mean to be a party pooper; quite the opposite, really. If they wrote 40 separate endings, that's a lot of work on the last minutes of the game that definitively could have been put to better effect by making content for the core game, I think. But variations on a few base endings, especially this many, sounds terrific to me.
Thanks for sharing and translating ^^

I've been wondering something.... has anyone thought that BW are starting to make more unattractive characters so ppl would lose interest in romances so that they can slowly take them out?

I wouldn't say so the romances while optional, they do add some flavour to the characters...Besides the female companions revealed so far are beautiful,as for the males well there's still the possibility of Cullen who's a looker,or another one not yet revealed...

I agree. I can't say that I'm not a bit...nervous about the male romance choices this time around, but I'm not jumping to any conclusions until I actually know who they are.

Which characters do you think are not attractive so far?
I don't think the designers think in terms of attractive or not (and the term is subjective) btw.

Well so far the females are the only characters who ARE attractive yes... If Cullen were to be a companion he would be the only attractive guy lol or at least for us. But unfortunately I dont think he will be a companion tho...., grated ppl have different tastes but from what Ive read in the main forums not alot of ppl are excited about the male choices

I was talking mostly about the male companions we've seen so far, and yes it is subjective, and a matter of taste.. but idk... so far I havent really seen an "attractive" guy... I know looks shouldn't be the main thing of a person but.. for me even if he has a super personality he has to look at leas a lil bit decent

I'm not one to judge the attractiveness of men, but how is Solas... unattractive precisely?

Well I think Cassandra is still very beautiful, even if she is not 'traditionally attractive' or objectively good looking like I think Alistair, Morrigan and Vivienne are, (whether or not you yourself are attracted to them). Solas just isn't really. But we've yet to get a good look at him or the others, so who knows.

I don't think so. Varric isn't bad looking. Solas and IB might not be considered conventionally attractive (and we didn't get a good Shot of his face so far), but we don't know if they're LI. There are at least two other male companions to show.I've been wondering something.... has anyone thought that BW are starting to make more unattractive characters so ppl would lose interest in romances so that they can slowly take them out?
Plus, Loghain, Sten, Oghren, Nathaniel weren't conventionally attractive either. And Fenris was plently of dislike for his appearance.
I'd wait to see the full/near full cast before fearing the worst.
