Could be. I know eluvianix doesn't like her, and I know I shouldn't either, not being pro-mage and all, but I actually kind of do. If only because I want to punch Rhys in the face. Then laugh because he's got no vowels.
O_O
Why would you punch Rhys?

This may or may not also apply to me.
Also I was so, so mad when Nihilus died. As soon as he spoke he was my favourite, and then they tore him from me so quickly.
Nihilus! YES. Man, he had a great voice and was kickass and had twitchy mandible things that were just awesome and--
Yes. Well. Ah-hem.
If I have to put up with Vivienne, you can damn well put up with Adrian.
I'd sooner let a Templar Tranquilize my Inquisitor then let her in my party. I'm gonna lob a fireball in her face the minute she opens her big mouth.
I'm thinking spear guy *could* be the third rogue. I honestly don't have a clue. Here's how I see it shake out
Grey Warden
Iron Bull
Cass
4th Warrior
Varric
Sera
Vivienne
Solas
3rd mage
With the remaining unseen characters, I have no clue at all what stories Bioware has left to tell, since I feel like we have an extremely wide range of backgrounds and personalities.
Wouldn't count on that 3rd mage if BW is sticking to their no full mage party ways. 4 Warriors/ 3 Rogues / 2 Mages

And I would have Vivienne adorning the spires of my fortress sooner than let her sabotage me... so perhaps we can agree to live and let live should we find ourselves confronting with undesirable party members, yes?
Why the hell does Bioware hate a full mage party? At most, I only ever have 2 in the party, myself and one other.

Yup-yup. Unless the Red Templars are really resistant to all forms of magic, I think an all-mage party could be... a little OP. Which is why BW hasn't allowed for it yet. Could be wrong though. If I am, I will make a character named Duke Nukem and it will be a glorious game of nuking everything.
All this talk about romance and conventional beauty, and I'm just sittin' here think', "I wanted to romance Wrex so badly in Mass Effect." i believe my opinion should be discarded entirely from this discussion.
LOL Not at all, beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder! (Which consequently had nothing to do with what I was talking about, but that's okay. Fem theory is tough.)
I just thought he was a bit of a dickhead is all.
O_O
Somebody, hold me back.
Also I was so, so mad when Nihilus died. As soon as he spoke he was my favourite, and then they tore him from me so quickly.
Oh man, I was also instantly into Nihlus.
I just thought he was a bit of a dickhead is all.
I thought he was a Marty Stu lol
Rhys was a bit of an arse at times. I swear to the Maker, if I had been in Evangeline's boots, I would have hit him with a closed fist. ![]()

Overpowered maybe? I don't know, I mean they can dish out damage, but they do have to sacrifice defense/armor/hitpoints in order to do that, in other words they are glass cannons. Do lots of damage, but then get their butt whooped if the mob doesn't die right away.
I don't think Mages are overpowered, but I wouldn't want to roll a 4 mage party, I like to stick with my traditional Warrior/Rogue/Magex2
Rhy was a bit of an arse at times. I swear to the Maker, if I had been in Evangeline's boots, I would have hit him with a closed fist.
I think Rhys shouldn't have even been in the novel; Evangeline was interesting enough as a main character!

I can see what you mean, but at least he wasn't as bad as a certain redhead...

I liked Adrian, I mean, as a character; I thought she was pretty interesting!
You're getting nine. Plus or minus a DLC companion.
"Lead a party chosen from nine unique, fully-realized characters – each of whom react to your actions and choices differently, forming complex relationships both with you and with each other."
It's on the official website and everything.
remember though, post origins, bioware has been doing 2 or 1+ temporary DLC companion.
ME2: Kasumi and Zaeed
DA2: Sabastian and Tallis
ME3: Javik and Aria AND Nyreen
What exactly was wrong with Rhys? Where was he a dickhead?

To clarify, they never stated an Asunder character would be a companion. They stated that an Asunder character will be in the game.Adrian? Please let it be Adrian.

And honestly, Cole is the most likely to be in the party, since he was featured in the leak.
And if Cole was a companion, he would most likely be a rogue, like his character in the book.
